A circuit connection device includes a connector having press-fit terminals, a circuit board that has terminal through holes formed, and the press-fit terminals are press-inserted into the terminal through holes, a terminal alignment member having a terminal guide that has guide through holes formed, where the guide through holes guide the press-fit terminals towards the terminal through holes, and a heat sink that has an opening which houses the terminal guide on an inside. First positioning protrusions are formed on one of the connector or the heat sink, and first positioning recesses are formed on the other thereof. Second positioning protrusions are formed on one of the circuit board or the terminal alignment member, and second positioning recesses are formed on the other thereof. Third positioning protrusions are formed on one of the heat sink or the terminal alignment member, and third positioning recesses are formed on the other thereof.

A rotating electrical machine includes a control board that has a control circuit portion on a main first surface, a power circuit portion, and a heat dissipating portion that covers the power circuit portion, a holder that opposes a second main surface of the control board which is an opposing surface to the first main surface, and a support member that supports the holder, wherein the holder includes a plurality of protrusions that project towards the second main surface, and at least a portion of the plurality of protrusions are disposed so as to overlap with the power circuit portion in a plan view.

Rotating electrical machine

A rotary electric machine in which a capacitor does not explode even if heat is generated in the capacitor, is provided. A heat sink includes a recess-shaped capacitor housing portion having an inner peripheral side surface joined to an outer peripheral side surface of a capacitor via a capacitor heat dissipation material, and the capacitor housing portion includes an explosion-proof valve recess located at a position facing an explosion-proof valve of the capacitor, and a communication passage providing communication between a drive circuit board and the explosion-proof valve.

In an electric power steering device in which a control unit and a motor are integrated, when the control unit is housed in a case, although a frame, by which the motor and the control unit are compartmentalized, is required, there have been problems in that the case is deformed by a pressure which influences the case when the frame is provided, and a position accuracy of a shaft center of a rotation shaft of the motor is worsened. Therefore, in order to reduce a deformation of the case, a step portion is provided at an inner wall surface of the case and the frame is contacted to the step portion, and moreover, a connecting portion is provided between an outer circumference portion of the frame and an inner circumference portion of the case, whereby a movement of the frame is restrained.

Electric power steering device

A rotary electric machine includes: a floored cylindrical case in which an opening at a first end of a cylindrical portion is closed by a floor portion; a stator that includes: an annular stator core that is held inside the case by being fitted together with and fixed to the cylindrical portion; and coils that are mounted to the stator core; a frame that closes an opening at a second end of the cylindrical portion; and a rotor that is fixed to a rotating shaft, and that is disposed on an inner circumferential side of the stator, wherein: a first stress relieving indented portion is formed around an entire circumference at a first end of an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion such that a gap is formed between a first end portion of an outer circumferential surface of the stator core and the cylindrical portion.

Rotary electric machine and manufacturing method therefor

A controller-integrated rotary electric machine in which a controller is coupled to a rotary electric machine main unit using a simple coupling structure while ensuring endurance of the coupling is provided. The controller-integrated rotary electric machine includes: a first housing that houses a controller or a rotary electric machine main unit driven according to a command from the controller and that includes a thin-walled portion at an edge on an outer periphery side; and a second housing that is coaxially aligned with the first housing and has a groove in which an abutting face having a linearly inclined cross-sectional shape is formed from the outer periphery side toward a radial direction, wherein the first housing is joined to the second housing by folding the thin-walled portion of the first housing along the abutting face of the second housing and performing swaging.

Controller-integrated rotary electric machine and method for manufacturing the same

An electric motor includes a cylindrical holder mounted to an end of a rotation shaft, a sensor magnet mounted to the holder, and a rotation sensor mounted at a position at which the rotation sensor opposes the sensor magnet in a direction of an axis of rotation and detecting a rotating field of the sensor magnet. The end of the rotation shaft has a cylindrical shape with a non-circular cross section formed of at least one plane and a curved surface in an outer peripheral portion. At least one of an inner peripheral portion and an outer peripheral portion of the holder forms a non-circular cross section formed of a plane parallel to the axis of rotation and a curved surface connected to the plane. The plane of the rotation shaft and the plane of the holder are parallel to each other and the curved surface of the rotation shaft and the curved surface of the holder are in contact with each other.

Electric motor and electric power steering device using the same

In the rotary electric machine, a cylinderof a ring componentis formed in such a way that a fitting outer surfaceof the cylinderof the ring componentis fitted to a fitting inner surfaceof a first housing; a clearance value between the fitting outer surface of the cylinder and a fitting inner surface of the first housing is lower than a clearance value between an outer surface, in which the fitting outer surface is excepted, of the cylinder and an inner surface, in which the fitting inner surface is excepted, of the first housing; and a position in a diameter direction of a stator corefacing to the first housing is set by above-described fitting process.

In a rotary electric machine, a cylindrical stator core holding frame is cantilevered on a housing. A cylindrical stator core is fitted together and held inside the stator core holding frame. The stator core holding frame includes: a flange portion that is fixed to the housing; and a frame cylindrical portion that is coupled to the flange portion, and that holds the stator core. A thickness of the flange portion is greater than a thickness of the frame cylindrical portion.

A fuel supply system includes a low pressure fuel pump, which suctions and discharges fuel accumulated in a fuel tank, and a high pressure fuel pump, which suctions and discharges the fuel discharged from the low pressure fuel pump and supplies the fuel to a fuel injection valve installed in an internal combustion engine, the low pressure fuel pump, high pressure fuel pump, and fuel injection valve being connected in series, wherein the low pressure fuel pump and high pressure fuel pump are configured in such a way as to be driven or stopped independently of each other, one by each motor, and the pressure of the fuel discharged from the high pressure fuel pump is made variable by a combination of the drive or stop of the low pressure fuel pump and the drive or stop of the high pressure fuel pump.

Fuel supply system

A fuel injection valve includes a valve seat () that has a valve seat portion () with a conical space defined therein and tapered toward an injection hole (), a needle () that has a valve portion () formed with a curved surface for abutment with the valve seat portion () and a column-shaped sliding portion () located upstream of the valve seat portion (), and a swirler () that holds the sliding portion () in a slidable manner, wherein fuel to be injected from the injection hole () is adjusted by opening and closing a gap between the valve portion () and said valve seat (), and assuming that a radius of curvature in an axial direction of the valve portion () at a point at which the valve portion () and the valve seat portion () are in abutment with each other is R and an outer diameter of the sliding portion () is D, R is greater than D/2.

Fuel injection valve

A fuel injection valve device is capable of thinning a nozzle hole plate and improving fuel spray characteristics by a construction for reducing stress concentration that occurs at the weld part of the nozzle hole plate. The fuel injection valve device includes: a nozzle having a fuel passage inside and in which a valve seat is formed at an end; a needle valve for opening and closing the fuel passage by coming in contact with and separating from the valve seat; and an nozzle hole plate that is disposed at the tip of the nozzle and injects a fuel in the fuel passage at the time of opening the needle valve. The nozzle hole plate and the nozzle are fixed by welding in a state of forming an even gap between them.

Fuel injection valve device

When a fuel injection valve is mounted on an engine, a distance between a core and an armature during non-energization of a coil can be prevented from becoming narrow. The coil is arranged inside the core, and a body is fixedly secured at its one end to an end of the core. A housing is arranged outside the coil with its one end abutting a cylinder head. A cap is arranged at the other end of the housing, and abuts at its side opposite to the housing with a fastening unit. The armature is arranged for reciprocation inside the body, and is magnetically attracted to the magnetized core. A gap is formed between the housing and the body, with the cap and the core being fixed to each other, and upon mounting the valve on the engine, the housing and the fastening unit abut the cylinder head and the cap, respectively.
