A curved wall portion along which a wiring harness is bendably extended has a foreign-matter-escape side opening, at one wall continuing to a top opening of an upward guiding cylinder of a protector. A foreign-matter-escape side opening on the other wall of the cylinder proximate to the opening is opposed to the curved wall portion. A projection on the other wall in the guiding cylinder and below the side opening of the wall has an upwardly sloping surface continuing thereto. A projection in the guiding cylinder is above the side opening of the other wall, traversing the cylinder. The protector includes one separate protector member and the other separate protector member, the former having a projection extending toward the latter to cover a joining area thereof.

Protector structure for electric power feeding apparatus

A plurality of fuse circuits are layered with a space therebetween in a housing. A fusible portion of one of the layered fuse circuits is offset from a fusible portion of an adjacent one of the layered fuse circuits perpendicularly to a direction in which the fuse circuits are layered. A connection plate of one of the layered fuse circuits is offset from a connection plate of an adjacent one of the layered fuse circuits perpendicularly to a direction in which the fuse circuits are layered. The connection plate has a U-shaped extended portion.

A waterproof grommet, includes an elastic grommet body which is provided with a flange portion to be mounted to a panel; an annular wall which is provided on a first face of the flange portion; a lip portion which is provided on a second face of the flange portion, the second face being opposed to the first face; an annular reinforcing portion which is provided on the second face of the flange portion, and disposed inwardly of the lip portion; and a plurality of wire-passage tubular portions which are provided on the reinforcing portion through respective flexible portions, and are disposed within the annular wall. Proximal ends of the tubular portions are interconnected at a thick wall through the flexible portions. The reinforcing portion is adapted to be inserted into a panel hole of the panel.

A bus bar wiring board includes a first conductive bus bar, a second conductive bus bar, a first insulating board, in which one end portions of the first and the second bus bars are embedded and a second insulating board, in which the other end portions of the first and the second bus bars are embedded. A first longitudinal direction of a cross-section of the first bus bar intersects a second longitudinal direction of a cross-section of the second bus bar.

An electric distribution box, includes a box body for being placed in a vehicle room; a mounting portion which is provided on the box body for being fixed to a vehicle body, and a rupture induction portion which is provided at a box body side of the mounting portion for inducing the rupture of the mounting portion by an impact upon collision of a vehicle so as to separate the box body from the vehicle body. The mounting portion is divided into two virtual sections by a line passing through a center of an insertion hole of the mounting portion, the longitudinal axis being substantially parallel to an advance direction of the vehicle. The rupture induction portion is provided at one of the two virtual sections which is disposed in a direction away from a direction of laterally-inclining of the box body upon collision of the vehicle.

Electric distribution box

A waterproof housing of a junction box has at least one vent piece penetrating through a wall of the housing for ventilation of the junction box. The vent piece has an inner wall formed with a baffle projection to prevent invasion of a splashing water. The waterproof housing has a plurality of the vent pieces. The waterproof housing also has a drain hole provided in the housing. The vent piece has an inside opening positioned higher than the drain hole when the junction box is mounted at a usage position. The baffle projection is positioned at an axial inner end portion of the vent piece. The vent piece has a central axis inclined relative to an invasion direction of an expected splashing water.
