According to one implementation, a blast treatment device includes at least one nozzle that injects media toward a workpiece, a first tank that supplies the media to the at least one nozzle, a movement structure that moves the at least one nozzle and the first tank, and a second tank that supplies the media to the first tank. The second tank is not moved by the movement structure.

Blast treatment device and blast treatment method

According to one implementation, a blast treatment device includes an injection part and a circulating system. The injection part injects media toward a workpiece made with a composite material. The media each has a weight difference from a resinic particle dropping from the composite material. The weight difference is not less than a threshold or more than the threshold. The circulating system recovers the injected media and supplies the recovered media to the injection part. The circulating system has an impurity separation part that removes at least one of impurities and media, of which particle sizes have become small, each included in the recovered media.

According to one implementation, a blast treatment method includes: setting a blast treatment condition for a composite material to make a degree of activation on the surface of the composite material within an appropriate range, based on reference information; and manufacturing a blast treated product by the blast treatment of the composite material under the blast treatment condition set to make the degree of the activation within the appropriate range. The reference information shows a relation between a strain amount of a test piece caused by blast treatment under a predetermined blast treatment condition and a degree of activation on a surface of a sample of a composite material by blast treatment, for activating the surface of the sample before painting or bonding, under the predetermined blast treatment condition.

A blast processing device includes a first nozzle, a second nozzle, and a moving mechanism. The first nozzle blasts a blasting material toward a workpiece, using first compressed air. The second nozzle blasts second compressed air for adjusting a diffusion range of the blasting material. The moving mechanism moves the first nozzle and the second nozzle over the workpiece.

Blast processing device and blast processing method

According to one implementation, a blast treatment device includes at least one nozzle, a movement structure and at least one weight member. The at least one nozzle injects blast media. The movement structure reciprocates the at least one nozzle along a track. The at least one weight member cancels a vibration caused by reciprocating the at least one nozzle. Further, according to one implementation, a blast treatment method includes injecting blast media from at least one nozzle; manufacturing a blast treated product by reciprocating the at least one nozzle along a track; and canceling a vibration, caused by reciprocating the at least one nozzle, by at least one weight member.
