Provided is a photodetection apparatus which includes a mounting board, and an optical sensor device that includes a first surface on the mounting board side and a second surface on a side opposite to the mounting board, and is mounted on the mounting board. The optical sensor device includes an optical sensor that includes a light receiving surface on the second surface side, a signal processing circuit that is electrically connected to the optical sensor, and a lead frame that is provided on the second surface side with respect to the signal processing circuit, and shields a surface of the signal processing circuit on the second surface side. The mounting board has a conductive pattern that faces the signal processing circuit and shields a surface of the signal processing circuit on the first surface side.

Photodetection apparatus

A gas sensor module () includes an infrared light emitting diode () configured to emit infrared light in accordance with a drive current, a quantum infrared sensor () configured to detect infrared light that passes through a detection target gas, a drive circuit () configured to output the drive current to the infrared light emitting diode (), a charging circuit () to be connected to a power source and configured to output a charge current having a smaller current amount than the drive current, and a capacitor () configured to charge by the charge current being supplied from the charging circuit () and discharge by supplying the drive current to the drive circuit ().

Gas sensor module

An amplifier circuit includes a converter configured to convert a predefined physical quantity to a resistance value, and the resistance value converted by the converter is converted to a voltage value and then amplified. The converter includes variable resistance sensors of piezoresistance elements. A bias unit is configured to determine a bias current of the converter, and includes bias resistances. An operation amplifier unit receives, as input signals, output signals from the bias unit and the converter, and includes feedback resistances respectively connected to input and output ends of a first operational amplifier. The first operational amplifier is a whole differential operational amplifier including a common-mode feedback circuit.

Amplifier circuit and amplifier circuit IC chip

An oscillation type inertia force sensor includes an oscillator, an oscillation circuit unit, and a detection circuit unit. The oscillation circuit unit functions as a self oscillation circuit of a closed loop with the oscillator as a resonant element, and includes an AGC circuit. The AGC circuit includes a VGA circuit, a comparison circuit comparing a predetermined reference voltage with a voltage of the monitor signal to output a control signal based on the compared result, and a pulse width modulation circuit modulating the control signal to a pulse width modulation signal. Based on the pulse width modulation signal, the driving signal is modulated with the output of the VGA circuit switched between an ON state and OFF state to control the degree of the amplification factor of the VGA circuit.
