A rotating electric machine includes a stator and a rotor. An imaging device images a test target portion which is a part of the rotor, to generate image data of the test target portion, and transmits the generated image data to an image processing device. The image processing device generates strain change information representing change in the strain distribution in the test target portion by digital image correlation on the basis of the test image data generated by the imaging device. The state of the rotor is tested using the generated strain change information.

An object is to easily inject resin into a gap of a laminated core which constitutes a rotating electric machine. Included are: a resin supplying unit which feeds the resin; and a resin injection unit which injects the resin into an axial hole of the laminated core. The resin injection unit has an injection pipe and an elastic ring attached to the injection pipe. This elastic ring is made to firmly attach to the inner periphery of the axial hole; the resin is supplied from the resin supplying unit; and the resin is injected into the gap of the laminated core through the axial hole of the laminated core.

A fixing structure of a radial lead of a rotating electrical machine connects slip rings provided to a rotation shaft of a rotor and axial leads disposed in a center hole of the rotation shaft and supplying a current to a rotor coil. A radial lead is inserted into a radial lead hole penetrating through the rotation shaft in a radial direction from the center hole and a tapered male screw formed at one end is threaded into a tapered female screw formed in the axial lead while the other end is electrically connected to the slip ring. A sealing member installed to a step portion of the radial lead hole is fastened, via a spacer, by a fastening nut threaded into a straight screw of the radial lead, so that a side of the center hole is maintained airtight from an outside.

A first slip ring and a second slip ring are put from both ends of a slip ring shaft, respectively, and are attached by shrink-fitting, the slip ring shaft being provided separately from a rotor shaft; the shaft diameter of a lead connecting portion is formed larger than the shaft diameters of respective slip ring attaching portions; and a coupling, which is attached by shrink-fitting to a shaft end portion on the rotor shaft side of the slip ring shaft after the first slip ring is attached by shrink-fitting, is provided.

A stator for an electric rotating machine has iron core fastening members on the outer circumferential surface of a stator iron core, spaced apart from one another in a circumferential direction and fastened to the iron core in an axial direction. Holding rings on the outer circumferential surface of the iron core, spaced apart from one another in the axial direction, press the iron core toward a center portion thereof via the iron core fastening members. Ring-shaped inner frame members protrude from the inner surface of a frame that encloses the iron core, and are spaced apart from one another in the axial direction. Elastic supporting members are fixed to the inner circumferential surfaces of the inner frame members that are adjacent to one another, and are fixed to the outer circumferential surfaces of the holding rings at the middle in the axial direction, or vice versa.
