Provided are a method and a device for producing a frame structure, in which influences of both a thermal distortion due to welding and a decrease in the accuracy of the frame member itself are eliminated and high geometrical accuracy is obtained. The method for producing a frame structure includes supporting both ends of a long frame member, temporarily fixing a connecting member to somewhere along a longitudinal direction of the frame member, and final-welding the connecting member to the frame member while keeping the frame member in an elastically deformed state by imposing a bending load on an intermediate portion along the longitudinal direction of the frame member.

Method and device for producing frame structure

A method for producing a frame structure contains a hollow member having a curved and long shape, and a plurality of connecting members welded to the hollow member along a longitudinal direction of the hollow member. Each of the connecting members is welded to the hollow member, and a cooling medium is introduced into the inside of the hollow member through an end of the hollow member after the welding. In the insulating support, a conductor holding portion for holding the conductor extension portions apart from each other is formed along the longitudinal direction.

An electromagnetic forming method includes: a step of setting pipe periphery members at plural positions along an axial direction of a pipe material; a step of setting a coil unit on a side of one end, in the axial direction, of the pipe material, the coil unit including a conductor wound portion, conductor extension portions, and a resin-made conductor support portion; a step of setting a support member on a side of the other end, in the axial direction, of the pipe material; a coil unit holding step; a coil setting step; and a swaging step. The coil setting step and the swaging step are performed in this order at each of the plural positions of the pipe material while the coil unit is kept held by the support member.

A coil unit is inserted into a tube member, an electromagnetic-forming coil part is arranged at a tube member forming position, a coil-side terminal is connected to a power-supply-side terminal of an end part of a high-voltage power supply cable, the electromagnetic-forming coil part is energized by a power supply part to electromagnetically form the tube member, the coil-side terminal and the power-supply-side terminal are separated, and the coil unit is removed from the tube member. Thus, the tube member can be separated from the high-voltage power supply cable during transport.

Joining structure

A heat insulation section () comprising the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer and a gap is formed between the protruding section after welding and the outer panel.

A bracket includes a cylindrical portion and a plate-shaped portion that are integrally formed. The cylindrical portion is provided at one end side of a blank along one direction and is provided with a slit extending over an entire length of the cylindrical portion in the one direction as a result of forming a portion at the one end side of the blank along the one direction into a cylindrical shape extending in the one direction. The cylindrical portion of the bracket is inserted in the cylindrical body member formed of an aluminum alloy material, and the body member and the cylindrical portion are clinched by electromagnetic tube compression.
