An illumination apparatus includes a light source, a light-receiving unit, and a light guide unit formed in an arc shape. The light guide unit includes a light incidence section on which light from the light source is incident. The light incidence section is disposed on an outer circumferential side of the light guide unit, and faces the light source. The light guide unit further includes a first reflecting section having a first and a second region, and a second reflecting section having first and second surfaces. The first surface reflects the light incident from the light incidence section toward the first region, and the second surface reflects the light incident from the light incidence section toward the second region. The light-receiving unit is disposed at a position between the first and the second surfaces.

Illumination apparatus

There is provided an illumination device that is prevented from being increased in size. The illumination device includes a first light source, a second light source, a main capacitor configured to store electric charge for causing the first light source and the second light source to emit light, a first coil electrically connected between the first light source and the main capacitor, and a second coil electrically connected between the second light source and the main capacitor. A radial direction of the first coil and a radial direction of the second coil are parallel to a vertical direction of the illumination device, the first coil and the second coil are aligned with the main capacitor in a horizontal direction of the illumination device, and the first coil is aligned with the second coil in a direction orthogonal to the horizontal direction of the illumination device.

The illumination apparatus includes a light collector directing light from a light source, radially inward further than the light source, and a light guider provided radially inside further than the light source so as to circumferentially extend and guiding the light from the light source toward an area extending to a side away from the light source and causing the light from the light source to exit toward a light projecting direction. The illumination apparatus includes a light source, a first reflective portion provided inside further than the light source in a radial direction so as to extend in a circumferential direction and reflecting light from the light source toward a light projecting direction. The apparatus further includes a second reflective portion provided inside further than the light source in the radial direction so as to extend in the radial direction and reflecting the light from the light source toward an area extending to a side away from the light source in the circumferential direction.

An illuminating apparatus includes a light source including a cylindrical light-emitting tube, a first optical system, a second optical system, and a third optical system. The first optical system has an incident surface on which light emitted from the light source to the object side are incident and an emergent surface from which the light passing through the incident surface are emitted.
