A feeder management system includes a storage section configured to store component information including a type of a component loaded in a bulk feeder and cleaning information providing an execution history of cleaning including, as its cleaning target, at least a conveyance path along which the component is conveyed in the bulk feeder in association with the bulk feeder, and a determination section configured to determine whether the cleaning is executed before an update request for the component information is made based on the cleaning information when the update request for the component information is received.

A substrate work machine for repeatedly performing substrate work, the substrate work machine including a data storing section configured to store component data used in the substrate work, the component data including shape data related to a shape of an electronic component to be mounted on a substrate, a reference value and a tolerance; a data determining section configured to determine whether a difference between measurement data acquired by measuring the electronic component during the substrate work and the reference value of the component data is within a range of the tolerance; a quality information acquiring section configured to acquire work quality information related to a performance condition of a second substrate work machine; and a data correcting section configured to correct at least one of the reference value and the tolerance in accordance with the work quality information.

In a board production line having multiple work devices arranged to transfer a board from upstream to downstream and perform a predetermined operation on the board, the board production line comprising: a shared folder having storage areas configured to store board-related information, the storage areas being multiply divided according to the number of the work devices, and transferring the board-related information among the storage areas, in conjunction with transferring the board, with a first work device capable of accessing the storage areas among the multiple work devices, and a management proxy section configured to access the shared folder in place of a second work device which cannot access the storage areas, and configured to manage the board-related information so that the board-related information can be transferred among the storage areas.

A substrate production line including multiple substrate production machines arranged in a line; a shared folder in which an electronic file from each of the substrate production machines can be created and recognized; a substrate type grasping section on the substrate production machine furthest upstream in the line to grasp the type of the substrate; a file creating section on the substrate production machine other than the substrate production machine furthest downstream in the line to create in the shared folder a substrate type information file including substrate type information indicating the type of the substrate in accordance with unloading of the substrate; and a file recognizing section on the substrate production machine other than the substrate production machine furthest upstream in the line to recognize the substrate type information file created by the substrate production machine directly adjacent at the upstream side before the substrate is loaded.
