An apparatus control system. apparatus and computer-readable recording medium for enabling different operators to perform apparatus and network settings independently and to easily confirm a setting status. An apparatus setter at least one of a setting on a connection between a water heater and a remote controller, and a test run of the water heater using the remote controller. A network setter performs setting on a connection between the remote controller and a server. A setting status monitoring section monitors an apparatus setting status representing whether or not the setting by the apparatus setter is ended and a network setting status representing whether or not the setting by the network setter is ended. A setting status display controlling section displays the apparatus setting status and the network setting status.

Determination of performance of apparatus and network setting

An information transfer system includes an information panel which controls electrical equipment and includes a first transmission and reception section. The system also includes a server which is communicably connected via a network to the information panel and includes a second transmission and reception section and a trigger generation section which generates a communication request trigger for making a request to communicate with the information panel. The vibration detection means (,) may be merely bonded to the seat pad (,) or may be fixed to a seat spring (,) or a seat frame (,), and can be fitted more easily to the seat (,) than when it is disposed below a surface cloth (,) of the seat (,).

A safety control apparatus positively discriminates between an object and a person through the detection of subtle physical movement corresponding to the heart activity and the breathing unique to the life activity of the human body from a output signal of a vibration sensor disposed on a seat so as to accurately decide whether or not a person is present. The maintenance of the safe operation of the moving vehicle can be realized. The starting of the moving vehicle is inhibited if the reserved seat is determined to be unoccupied in accordance with the decision result. In the case where the person is present, the moving of the vehicle is not started before the engagement of the seat belt has been detected.

Presence detecting and safety control apparatus

In a microwave heating device, a propeller fan is mounted on a drive shaft of a motor that in vertically positioned parts of a high frequency power supply unit are arranged in the order of a power control semiconductor device and a high-voltage transformer along the direction of revolution of the propeller fan. The motor is secured to a support member formed by a motor cover attached to the casing of the propeller fan. The fan and high frequency power supply unit are mounted to a first frame and a second frame, both of which are bent and connected at a connecting portion and fixed in an approximately 'L' shape, while an airflow path is defined by a first guide wall and a second guide wall to cool the parts of the high frequency power supply unit. An airflow path is formed by a plurality of guide walls provided on the two frames, and a communicating hole is provided in proximity to the connecting portion of the two frames. The propeller fan is so arranged as to revolve at a low r.p.m. after stopping the microwave heating.
