A lens barrel of the present invention includes an image stabilizer configured to correct image shake by driving optical devices, a ring-shaped electronic circuit board on which a pair of the acceleration sensors is arranged at each of positions facing each other with an optical axis of the image pickup optical system in between, and a lens barrel body in which at least the image pickup optical system, the image stabilizer, and the ring-shaped electronic circuit board are accommodated, and the ring-shaped electronic circuit board is fixed to the lens barrel body so as to be perpendicular to the optical axis of the image pickup optical system, and each of the positions where each of the pair of acceleration sensors is fixed is a position where each of the pair of acceleration sensors outputs a same signal when vibration other than camera shake is generated.

Camera shake correction apparatus

A blur correction apparatus includes a first fixing member, a moveable member and a second fixing member. A coil for generating a magnetic flux is arranged on the first fixing member. The movable member includes (1) an optical element, (2) a first magnet facing the coil, and (3) a second magnet arranged along a line parallel with an optical axis of the optical element and facing the first magnet, such that the first magnet is arranged between the second magnet and the coil. The movable member can move in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The second fixing member includes a hall element that is arranged adjacent to the second magnet. The second magnet is arranged between the first magnet and the hall element. The coil, the first magnet, the second magnet and the hall element are sequentially disposed in a line parallel with the optical axis, in this order.

Blur correction apparatus

A blur correction apparatus includes a first fixing member, a moveable member and a second fixing member. A coil for generating a magnetic flux is arranged on the first fixing member. The movable member includes (1) a first magnet facing the coil, (2) a second magnet arranged adjacent to the first magnet, such that the first magnet is arranged between the second magnet and the coil arranged in the first fixing member, and (3) an optical element. The movable member can move in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis of the optical element relative to the first fixing member. The second fixing member includes a hall element that is arranged adjacent to the second magnet in the movable member.

A image stabilization apparatus includes a support member, a holder where a lens is movable between a retraction position and a vibration-prevention-and-correction region, an urging member that urges the holder in a direction of the vibration-prevention-and-correction region, and a drive member that causes the lens in the vibration-prevention-and-correction region to move to the retraction position when the drive member is in a first positional relation relative to the holder, and allows movement of the lens located in the retraction position to the vibration-prevention-and-correction region direction when the drive member is in a second positional relation relative to the holder, wherein when the holder and the drive member are in the second positional relation, the urging member causes the lens to move to the vibration-prevention-and-correction region from the retraction position, and in the position, enables movement of the holder within a plane perpendicular to the optical axis.
