A centrifugal compressor includes a rotary shaft having a plurality of impellers and a casing having an intermediate discharge port. The casing has a plurality of diaphragms, an external casing, a return flow path that guides a flow direction of a working fluid to an inner side in a radial direction, and an intermediate scroll that guides part of the working fluid discharged from the impeller in an intermediate stage to the intermediate discharge port. The intermediate scroll has a scroll flow path formed on a second side in the axial direction with respect to the return flow path, and an introduction portion connecting the return flow path and the scroll flow path, and an outer flow path forming surface of the scroll flow path is formed by a casing inner peripheral surface facing an inner side of the external casing in the radial direction.

Centrifugal compressor

A centrifugal compressor includes: an impeller fixed on an outer periphery of a rotary shaft; a diffuser disposed at a radially outer side of the impeller; a casing accommodating the impeller and the diffuser; a scroll flow passage connected to an outlet of the diffuser, the scroll flow passage being formed into a scroll shape by a scroll inner peripheral wall and a scroll outer peripheral wall positioned at a radially outer side of the scroll inner peripheral wall; and a discharge pipe connected to the casing so as to form a discharge flow passage for guiding a fluid from the scroll flow passage to outside of the casing. The scroll inner peripheral wall is positioned at an inner side, in a radial direction, of the outlet of the diffuser, and the discharge pipe includes an inner wall surface which has a radially inner region.

A multi-stage centrifugal compressor includes: a rotary shaft that is configured to rotate around an axis; a plurality of stages of impellers that are fixed to the rotary shaft and are configured to integrally rotate to compress and deliver a fluid, which flows into the impellers from an upstream side in an axial direction, to a radial outer side; a casing including a return flow path that is configured to guide the fluid, which is compressed and delivered from an impeller on a preceding stage side, toward a radial inner side, and an introduction flow path that is connected to a downstream side of the return flow path and is configured to divert the fluid and introduce the fluid to an impeller on a succeeding stage side; and return vanes that are arranged in the return flow path while being spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction.

Multi-stage centrifugal compressor, casing, and return vane

A centrifugal compression test device includes a flow path forming section and an inlet space forming section. The flow path forming section forms an introduction flow path, an inlet flow path, and an interstage inflow path. The introduction flow path guides a fluid from the outside toward the inside in the radial direction. The inlet flow path is connected to the introduction flow path. The interstage inflow path extends from the outside toward the inside in the radial direction and is connected to the inlet flow path. The inlet space forming section is formed an annular shape having an introduction opening section through which a fluid is introduced from a part in the circumferential direction and the outside in the radial direction at the first side of the introduction flow path. Further, a front end of the introduction flow path is connected to the inlet space forming section.

Centrifugal compression test device

A fixing bolt for a stationary member, the bolt extending through and fixing a plurality of stationary members in a multistage centrifugal compressor, includes a head portion, a columnar portion connected to the head portion, and a threaded portion connected to the columnar portion. The columnar portion includes one or more large diameter parts and a plurality of small diameter parts, the one or more large diameter parts each corresponding to a position of an antinode of a primary vibration mode of the fixing bolt for the stationary member, or to the position of the antinode of the primary vibration mode and positions of antinodes of a secondary vibration mode of the fixing bolt for the stationary member, and each of the plurality of small diameter parts having a diameter smaller than each of the large diameter parts.
