The present invention provides a movable cable, which has strength that is at least equal to conventional movable cables while having excellent flexural fatigue resistance and flexibility as well as being lightweight. This movable cablehas an electric conductor therein. The conductor comprises a first conductormade of a specific aluminum alloy material wherein: the alloy composition contains, in mass %, 0.05-1.8% Mg, 0.01-2.0% Si, 0.01-1.5% Fe, and at least a total of 0.00-2.00% of one element selected from the group consisting of Cu, Ag, Zn, Ni, Co, Au, Mn, Cr, V, Zr, Ti and Sn, the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities; the crystal grains have a fiber-like metal structure in which the crystal grains all extend in one direction; and in a cross-section parallel to the one direction, the average crystal grain dimension perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is 400 nm or less. The ratio X of the area of the first conductorin the whole conductor of the movable cableis in the range of 10-100%.

Aluminum alloy brazing sheet for a heat exchanger

A plating method for a nickel-titanium alloy member is provided which comprises the steps of: subjecting a nickel-titanium alloy member to an anodic electrolyzing treatment and a cathodic electrolyzing treatment in succession by using an electrolyte containing hydrochloric acid as an essential component thereof, in particular, an electrolyte having a chloride ion concentration of 0.1 mol/l or more and a pH value of 2 or less, or an electrolyte having a chloride ion concentration of 0.4 mol/l or more, or still preferably, an electrolyte having a chlorine ion concentration of 0.3 mol/l or more and a pH value of 2 or less; strike plating the treated nickel-titanium alloy member with a desired metal; and electroplating the struck nickel-titanium alloy member with a desired metal. The adhesion between the nickel-titanium alloy member and a plating layer is very good.
