A connector for being fitted to an other member so as to be prevented from disengaging by a locking piece on the other member includes a connector housing including a recessed portion engaged with the locking piece, and a sliding member that slidably moves relative to the connector housing. The connector housing is formed by coupling a first housing member and a second housing member, a tip portion of the locking piece coming into sliding contact with a side surface having the recessed portion when removing the connector housing from the other member. At least a portion of a seam between the first and second housing members on the side surface is inclined relative to a direction of attaching/detaching to/from the other member, the portion being firstly crossed by the tip portion of the locking piece when removing the connector housing from the other member.

An antenna device includes an input/output portion for a high frequency signal to be input or output, a distributing portion for distributing the high frequency signal input to the input/output portion into a plurality of high frequency signals, a phase shifting portion for imparting the plurality of high frequency signals with a predetermined amount of phase shift, and a feeding portion for feeding a plurality of antenna elements with the plurality of high frequency signals imparted with the predetermined amount of phase shift to cause the plurality of antenna elements to radiate the plurality of high frequency signals. The feeding portion is configured as a triplate line with a center conductor placed between one pair of parallel plate shaped outer conductors.

A connector is configured of a plug connector and a receptacle connector. The plug connector has an insertion convex portion including: a first sidewall portion and a second sidewall portion that are in parallel with each other and a plurality of first connection terminals provided on the sidewall portions. The receptacle connector has an insertion concave portion to which the insertion convex portion is inserted and in which a plurality of second connection terminals that are contacted with the first connection terminals are provided. The respective inner side surfaces of the first sidewall portion and the second sidewall portion face each other across a space, and the plurality of first connection terminals are arranged on the respective outer side surfaces of the first sidewall portion and the second sidewall portion.

Communication module and communication module connector

A phase shifter includes dielectric members including facing portions facing a signal line formed on a surface of a substrate and being made of a dielectric material, a supporting member configured to support the dielectric members and receive a moving force for moving the dielectric members in a direction which is parallel to the substrate and crosses the signal line, and a moving mechanism configured to apply the moving force to the supporting member. At least either the dielectric members or the supporting member is provided with a protrusion configured to keep a distance between the facing portions of the dielectric members and the signal line.

An antenna device includes a first triplate line and one or more second triplate lines that are connected to the first triplate line so as to cross the first triplate line. Two ground plates of each second triplate line include respective flange portions that are in contact with and fixed to a surface of one of two ground plates of the first triplate line. At least one of a surface of each flange portion that contacts the one of the ground plates of the first triplate line and the surface of the one of the ground plates of the first triplate line that contacts each flange portion is provided with an irregular portion for reducing a contact area between each flange portion and the one of the ground plates.

Antenna device

A phase-shift circuit being smaller in size than a conventional phase-shift circuit and being capable of causing a phase difference equivalent to or larger than that in the conventional phase-shift circuit between an input signal and an output signal is achieved. A phase-shift circuit includes: a signal line; and a dielectric member overlapping the signal line and being capable of reciprocating in a direction intersecting the signal line, and changes a phase of a signal propagating through the signal line. The dielectric member is configured of a frame body and a dielectric plate provided inside the frame body and having an overlapping area with the signal line increased or decreased by the reciprocation, and the frame body has a permittivity lower than a permittivity of the dielectric plate.

Phase-shift circuit and antenna device

A connector includes a connector housing, a sliding member supported on the connector housing, and a pull member coupled to the sliding member. A protrusion is formed on the pull member so as to protrude in a thickness direction thereof and extend in a lateral direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction along the direction of removal. The sliding member includes a pair of arm portions guided by the connector housing and a coupling portion coupling the pair of arm portions and facing a side surface of the protrusion that is a surface on the operating portion side. The side surface of the protrusion butts against the coupling portion when the operating portion of the pull member is pulled in the direction of removal such that a moving force in the direction of removal is applied to the coupling portion from the protrusion so as to move the sliding member.

A connector includes a plug connector and a receptacle connector. The plug connector has an insertion convex portion including: an end surface; outer side surfaces facing in parallel to each other across the end surface; and a first tapered surface connecting each outer side surface and the end surface. The receptacle connector has an insertion concave portion including: an insertion port; inner side surfaces facing in parallel to each other across the insertion port; and a second tapered surface connecting each inner side surface and an edge of the insertion port. The outer side surfaces of the insertion convex portion have first connection terminals arranged, the inner side surfaces of the insertion concave portion have second connection terminals arranged in contact with the first contact terminals, and the first tapered surface has a width twice as large as a width of the second tapered surface or larger.

An antenna device has a feed line including a triplate line. Each triplate line has a central conductor and two ground plates sandwiching the central conductor via an air layer. At least a part of the triplate line is configured such that the two ground plates sandwich a center substrate including a wiring pattern as the central conductor provided on a dielectric substrate via the air layer.

An optical module includes a circuit board, a photoelectric conversion element mounted on the circuit board, an optical connector for optically connecting the photoelectric conversion element and an optical fiber, a semiconductor circuit element mounted on the circuit board and electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion element, a pressing member for pressing and fixing the optical connector to the circuit board, and a supporting member for supporting the pressing member. The supporting member includes a heat-absorbing surface and a heat-dissipating surface. The heat-absorbing surface is thermally connected to the semiconductor circuit element. The heat-dissipating surface dissipates heat of the semiconductor circuit element to be absorbed through the heat-absorbing surface.

Optical module

To suppress degradation of signals exchanged between the semiconductor chip and each of the communication modules while a large number of communication modules are mounted near a semiconductor chip at a high density. A connector includes a plug connector provided in a communication module and a receptacle connector provided in a motherboard to which the connection module is connected. The plug connector has an inserting convex portion that is connected to a module substrate included in the communication module. The receptacle connector has an inserting concave portion into which the inserting convex portion is inserted. A plurality of first connection terminals are arranged in two outer side surfaces in parallel with each other, of the inserting convex portion. A plurality of second connection terminals in contact with the first connection terminals are arranged in two inner side surfaces in parallel with each other, of the inserting concave portion. A thickness of the module substrate is one half or less of a thickness of the inserting convex portion.

A ferrule fixing member includes a fixing member configured to fix a ferrule to hold an optical fiber to a retaining member including a retaining hole to insert the ferrule, a locked portion configured to be locked to a locking portion formed on the retaining member and to be restricted from moving, with respect to the retaining member, in an insertion direction of the ferrule and in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction, and a main body configured to elastically press the ferrule toward the bottom of the retaining hole by elastic deformation thereof.

Ferrule fixing member

A communication module-cooling structure includes a main body section to be cooled by a cooling mechanism, and a heat sink including a cooling receiving section including partition walls and slit-shaped receiving spaces defined by the partition walls. The receiving spaces of the cooling receiving section receive communication modules, and each of the communication modules includes a substrate mounted with a communication circuit component thereon and first and second sidewalls which sandwich the substrate therebetween in a thickness direction of the substrate. At least one of the first and second sidewalls of each of the communication modules is in surface contact with an inner surface of each of the receiving spaces.

An antenna device () includes a plurality of triplate lines () each of which includes a central conductor (A) arranged between one pair of outer conductors (A,A) parallel to each other, and a plurality of antenna elements () to transmit high frequency signals distributed by the plurality of triplate lines (). The plurality of triplate lines () include a first triplate line () and a second triplate line () arranged non-parallel to each other and at a predetermined angle therebetween so that respective central conductors (A) of the first triplate line () and the second triplate line () are intersected and connected together.
