An antenna device includes a feeding line having a first conductor and a second conductor and an antenna element having a conductive flat plate in which a slit is formed. The conductive flat plate has first and second sides opposite to each other and a third side. The antenna element is divided into an antenna pattern portion and a ground pattern portion via the slit. The slit is configured with a first slit portion apart from a center line towards the first side, a second slit portion apart from the center line towards the second side, a third slit portion coupling the first slit portion with the second slip portion, and a cutting portion coupling the third slit portion with the third side.

A GPS receiving antenna device that can suitably be provided on the exterior of a vehicle is provided with low cost. An antenna case includes a top cover and a bottom plate joined with each other. The top cover stores an antenna module that receives a signal and a packing member provided at the joining part between the top cover and the bottom plate to keep the antenna case tightly sealed. The top cover and the bottom plate are provided with engagement parts and claw parts, respectively, and the top cover and the bottom plate are joined with each other as the packing member is pressed.

An antenna unit according to the present invention comprises an antenna case composed of a top cover and a bottom plate that are joined together. An antenna module is disposed in the top cover. A packing member is disposed at a joining portion between the top cover and the bottom plate to thereby ensure sealing of the antenna module. The packing member has a plurality of anti-slip projecting portions, while the bottom plate has a plurality of through holes receiving the plurality of projecting portions so as to pass therethrough. A diameter of the through hole is made greater than that of the projecting portion to thereby provide a clearance between the through hole and the projecting portion.

Mounted on a back surface () of a circuit board (), a shield cover () has a substantially rectangular ceiling portion () with four corners which are chamfered, four side wall portions (-), and four corner portions (). The shield cover () is mounted on the back surface () of the circuit board by soldering at the four corner portions (). There is no gap between the four side wall portions (-) and the four corner portions (). The shield cover () is formed by bending working of a metal plate () and has extension portions () at both ends of the four corner portions () so as to interpose with the side wall portions (-).

In a planar antenna including a board having an upper surface on which a planar antenna element pattern is formed, a probe for feeding to the planar antenna element pattern by electromagnetic coupling, a ground plate, and a base having a groove for disposing the probe therein, the planar antenna has a fastening member for fastening the board to the ground plate with the base sandwiched therebetween. The fastening member has a case, disposed on the upper surface of the board, having four bosses which extend downwards and which have four screw holes and four screws threaded to the four screw holes from the ground plate side.

Planar antenna capable of decreasing the number of parts

An antenna device that can surely prevent water from coming into the part where the transmission table is introduced and allows the number of parts to be reduced so that the cost can be reduced. The antenna device includes an antenna module that receives radio waves transmitted from a satellite, a cover member having a sufficient internal space to store the antenna module and its bottom opened, and a bottom plate to close the open bottom of the cover member. The transmission cable is connected to the antenna module. The transmission cable is inserted from the hole provided at the cover member and sealed by a seal material including silicon resin in the hole. The bottom plate is made of a metal plate and a magnet plate and the magnet plate has projections to position the magnet. After the bottom plate is attached, a composite resin material is filled and the cover member has its bottom side sealed.

An antenna device that can suitably be provided on the exterior of a vehicle is provided with low cost. An antenna case includes a top cover and a bottom plate joined with each other. The top cover stores an antenna module that receives a signal and a packing member provided at the joining part between the top cover and the bottom plate to keep the antenna case tightly sealed. The antenna case has a notch positioned at the joining part through which a signal line is externally extended, and the packing member integrally forms a base part that covers the entire surface of the antenna module and a gasket part that covers the outer periphery of the signal line connected to the antenna module in the position of the notch.
