A medical image processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to sequentially obtain X-ray images. The processing circuitry is configured to sequentially generate average images by using the obtained plurality of X-ray images, in parallel to the obtainment of the X-ray images. The processing circuitry is configured to sequentially generate difference images by performing a difference calculating process between the X-ray images and the average images, in parallel to the obtainment of the X-ray images and the generation of the average images.

According to one embodiment, an image processing device includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry sequentially acquires image data of time-sequential DSA images of an object, and acquires a parameter value for each pixel based on temporal change of a pixel value of the each pixel corresponding to the same region of the object in the sequentially acquired image data of time-sequential DSA images. Further, the processing circuitry sequentially generates image data of parameter images in such a manner that identification information according to the parameter value is assigned to the each pixel corresponding to the same region of the object, each time image data of a DSA image of the latest time phase being acquired.

An X-ray diagnostic apparatus of an embodiment includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires two medical images, a moving distance of a region of interest between the medical images corresponding to a distance derived from a parallax angle. According to one embodiment, an image processing apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry obtains a parameter value representing temporal information on blood flow for each pixel of multiple image data items, and generates a parameter image by determining a pixel value of each pixel according to the parameter value representing the temporal information on blood flow. The processing circuitry further generates a composite image of an X-ray fluoroscopic image of an object obtained in real time and a road map image using at least a part of the parameter image, and causes a display to display the composite image.

An X-ray diagnostic apparatus of an embodiment includes an image generator, a detection unit, and an irradiation control unit. The image generator successively generates X-ray images based on X-rays emitted from an X-ray tube and transmitted through a subject. The detection unit detects a position of a predetermined target included in the successively generated X-ray images. The irradiation control unit identifies, based on the detected position of the predetermined target, a region in which the predetermined target can be visualized in the X-ray images, and performs control to reduce an X-ray irradiation dose to a region other than the identified region.

According to one embodiment, the X-ray image diagnosis apparatus comprises an X-ray generator, an X-ray restriction unit, a first X-ray detector, a second X-ray detector, and a drive. The X-ray generator generates X-rays to be applied to a subject. The X-ray restriction unit is disposed between the subject and the X-ray generator to restrict X-rays outside an opening region which is formed using a metal plate. The first X-ray detector has a first detection region in which X-rays that pass through the subject are detected. The second X-ray detector has a second detection region which is smaller than the first detection region and which has a high spatial resolution. The drive moves the first and second X-ray detectors so that the second detection region includes an irradiation region of the subject formed by the opening region.

X-ray image diagnosis apparatus

According to one embodiment, a medical image diagnostic apparatus includes an X-ray tube, an X-ray detector, storage circuitry, slice image generation circuitry, a display. The X-ray tube generates X-rays from a predetermined focus. The X-ray detector detects X-rays which have been generated by the X-ray tube and passed through an object placed on a top plate. The storage circuitry stores volume data about the object. The slice image generation circuitry generates slice images corresponding to planes each including the focus based on the volume data and a relative position of the focus with respect to the top plate. The display displays the slice images.

In an X-ray diagnostic apparatus of one embodiment, an image data generator sequentially generates X-ray images based on X-rays transmitted through a subject. An image processor executes: first processing where, in response to an instruction to start correction processing, a position of a target contained in a predetermined X-ray image is obtained as a reference position; and second processing where corrected images in which positions of the target are set at the reference position are sequentially generated from newly generated X-ray images. An image data storage unit stores therein information on a reference position with respect to each set of conditions of manipulation on the subject. Upon receiving the instruction to start correction processing, the image processor executes the second processing by using information on the reference position stored in the image data storage unit, in accordance with a set of the conditions of manipulation on the subject.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus to identify a target in x-ray images

According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an input circuit, an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector, and processing circuitry. The input circuit converts an input operation into an electric signal and output the electric signal. The X-ray tube and the X-ray detector image X-ray images of an object. The processing circuitry detects positions of feature points of devices from the X-ray images; generates corrected images by motion correction of the X-ray images when an electric signal corresponding to an input operation for selecting a predetermined device has been input from the input circuit; and displays the corrected images as the moving image in real time. The motion correction is performed based on positions of a feature point of the selected device. At least a part of the selected device nearly stops when the X-ray images have been displayed, by the motion correction.
