A pneumatic tire () includes a mechanical fastener () formed of at least two or more fastener components () and attached to a tire inner surface (). In such a pneumatic tire (), the two or more fastener components () of the mechanical fastener () are fixed with a resin reinforcement member () sandwiched therebetween, the resin reinforcement member () including at least one layer of a resin film or resin sheet including any of: (a) a resin or a resin composition made of a blend of resin and an elastomer; (b) a resin or a resin composition made of a blend of a resin and an elastomer including arranged fibers; and (c) a resin or a resin composition made of a blend of a resin and an elastomer with short fibers compounded therein.

Pneumatic tire

A pneumatic tire includes film layers of thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition made by blending an elastomer with the thermoplastic resin, which are superposed by winding the film layer in the circumferential direction of the tire multiple times, a thickness of the film layer is in a range of 0.02 mm to 0.2 mm and a thickness of the rubber layer is in a range of 0.1 mm to 1.2 mm, and the tire wherein a rubber film is interposed between the film layers. The pneumatic tire is produced by preparing a laminated body in which the rubber layer is stuck to at least one surface of the film layer; interposing the rubber layer between the film layers by winding the laminated body in the circumferential direction of the tire multiple times; forming an uncured tire which includes the film layers and the rubber layers; and curing the tire.

Pneumatic tire and process for producing the same

This pneumatic tire is provided with: a pair of carcass layers arranged so as to extend from the respective left and right beads of the tire across the tread; and a plurality of crossing belts arranged on the outside of the carcass layers in the radial direction of the tire. The pair of carcass layers is arranged so as to overlap each other in the tire width direction. The overlapping width (Wc) of the carcass layers is in the range of 0.5 mm&#x2264;Wc&#x2264;40 mm.

A tire-wheel assembly comprises a wheel coupled to a rotating shaft; an elastic tube disposed on an outer side of the wheel with respect to a radial direction, the interior of the tube being filled with air; a rigid protective ring disposed on an outer side of the tube with respect to the radial direction separated from the wheel; and a tread ring disposed on an outer side of the protective ring with respect to the radial direction, an inner circumferential surface of the tread ring contacting an outer circumferential surface of the protective ring.

A pneumatic tire having an air impermeable layer. A film formed of a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a blend of a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer is used for the air impermeable layer. Separation of the film is prevented and an inner appearance of the tire is improved. A pneumatic tire includes: an air permeation preventive layer disposed in the inner surface of the tire; a belt layer buried in a tread part; and a cord layer formed by arranging a plurality of cords. The cord layer is disposed between the air permeation preventive layer and the belt layer, and extends to a bead part side further from a tire maximum width position. At least a part of the cord layer is located close to the outer surface of the tire, at a position closer to the bead part side than the tire maximum width position, so that the distance between the cords and the outer surface of the tire is not more than 2 mm.

A tire according to an embodiment of the present invention specifically has the annular inner ring band and the annular outer ring band separated from and concentric with the inner ring band, on the outer peripheral side of the wheel, and includes an air bag between the inner ring band and the outer ring band, the air bag including the air intake/discharge mechanism that communicates with the outside. A support body for coupling the inner ring band and the outer ring band is included. A plurality of the air bags is present in a peripheral direction of the tire. Furthermore, the outer ring band, is formed of a rubber composition for a tire. An air discharge hole of the air bag communicates with an outer most layer of the outer ring band. With this configuration, the tire that has advantages of both of a non-pneumatic tire and a pneumatic tire is realized.

A pneumatic tire which uses, as an inner liner layer, a laminated sheet obtained by laminating an air permeation preventing layer, made of any one of a thermoplastic resin and a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a blend of the thermoplastic resin and an elastomer, and a tie rubber layer, and which has high durability to prevent development of a crack in the tie rubber layer that occurs around a splice portion of the laminated sheet after the tire starts to be used. In the pneumatic tire, a sagged portion is formed by a concavo-convex structure in the air permeation preventing layer at least between points P and Q in a shape that a length La of a straight line connecting points P and Q and a length Lb of the air permeation preventing layer actually passing through points P and Q satisfy a relationship of (1.03&#xd7;La)&#x2266;Lb&#x2266;(1.5&#xd7;La).

Provided is a method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire, in which the uniformity of a tire can be improved. The method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire of the present invention is a method in which a green tire is deformed by a building drum in a tire building process. The building drum used for this process is expandable and contractable in the tire radial directions. In the method, a non-adhesive sheet is disposed on the innermost surface of the green tire. The non-adhesive sheet has a coefficient of friction of 0 to 0.2 on the building drum. Then, the green tire is built in a state where the non-adhesive sheet is attached thereto.

Method of manufacturing pneumatic tire

Disclosed is a pneumatic tire comprising (A) reinforcing layer comprising a plurality of reinforcing cords or wires coated with a rubber composition, wherein (B) a film layer, (C) an elastomer layer, and (D) a film layer comprising ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer are sequentially laminated on the tire inner surface side of reinforcing layer (A), and the product of Young's modulus Eb (MPa) and thickness Gb (mm) of film layer (B) is equal to or more than 5 kN/m, wherein the reinforcing layer having improved durability.

Method for producing pneumatic tire

A method of forming a tire innerliner having a cylindrical inner rubber layer and a cylindrical film formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition having a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer blended therewith. The cylindrical film is disposed radially outwardly of the cylindrical inner rubber layer. The method includes the following steps: wrapping an unvulcanized rubber layer cylindrically around a building drum to form the cylindrical inner rubber layer; and subsequently wrapping a sheet-shaped film formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition having a thermoplastic resin and an elastomer blended therewith cylindrically around the cylindrical inner rubber layer, which is already wrapped around the building drum, to form the cylindrical film. The unvulcanized rubber layer constituting the cylindrical inner rubber layer is a strip-shaped rubber layer, and the cylindrical inner rubber layer is formed by spirally winding the strip-shaped rubber layer.
