A sheet conveyance apparatus configured to convey a sheet includes a casing, a belt unit, an accommodating unit, a moving unit, and a rotary member. The accommodating unit and the belt unit move to a first state, a second state, and a third state. In the first state, the accommodating unit is positioned at a closed position and the belt unit is positioned at a first position to convey the sheet by a conveyance belt. In the second state, the accommodating unit is positioned at an opening position and the belt unit is positioned at the first position to open a sheet conveyance path. In the third state, the accommodating unit is positioned at the opening position and the belt unit is positioned at a second position to allow the conveyance belt to attach to and detach from the belt unit.

Sheet conveyance apparatus and image forming apparatus

A connector unit includes a connector mounting member having a mounting hole, and a connector passed through the mounting hole and attached to the connector mounting member. The connector includes a terminal portion to which another connector is configured to be connected, and a hook portion engaged with an edge portion of the mounting hole. The connector mounting member includes a panel portion on which the mounting hole is formed, an extending portion extending from the panel portion along an inserting direction of the another connector with respect to the connector, and a regulating portion projected from the extending portion at a position abutting against or close to an end portion opposite to the terminal portion of the connector in the inserting direction. A distance between the regulating portion and the panel portion is shorter than a distance between the terminal portion of the connector and the end portion.

Connector unit, image forming apparatus, and sheet processing apparatus

A coupling structure is provided in an image forming apparatus that forms an image on a recording material and constituted to couple a first sheet metal and a second sheet metal having an insulative layer on a surface of a metal layer, respectively. The coupling structure includes a first conductive portion, a second conductive portion and a coupling portion. The metal layer of the first conductive portion is exposed by the insulative layer being exfoliated by laser working in the first sheet metal. The metal layer of the second conductive portion is exposed by the insulative layer being exfoliated by laser working in the second sheet metal. The coupling portion couples the first sheet metal and the second sheet metal in a state in which at least a part of the first conductive portion and at least a part of the second conductive portion are contacted with each other.

Provided is a sheet conveying apparatus provided with: a rocker switch; a plurality of connectors each connected to two terminals; an outer cover; and a housing portion, wherein the connector among the plurality of connectors which is positioned farthest from the center of the rocker switch in the parallel direction of the two terminals protrudes toward an end portion of the end surface of the rocker switch which is on the connector side, and wherein a wall portion of the housing portion is disposed in a position opposing an end portion on the opposite side from the end portion in the parallel direction and in a position closer, in the direction of insertion of the plurality of connectors into the two terminals, to the rocker switch than the end surfaces of the plurality of connectors on the opposite side from the side where the rocker switch is disposed.

An image formation apparatus includes a development unit, a circuit board, a conduction member, a coil spring, and a holding member. The development unit develops an electrostatic image formed on a photoconductive drum. The circuit board supplies a voltage to the development unit. The conduction member electrically connects the development unit and the circuit board. The coil spring includes a coil part in contact with the conduction member and an arm part of the coil spring provided integrally with the coil part and extending from an end of the coil part outward in a radial direction with respect to the coil part. The holding member includes a spring regulation part to regulate movement of the coil spring in the radial direction. The holding member holds the coil spring in contact with the conduction member. The arm part includes a hook portion to engage with a portion of the holding member.

Image formation apparatus and conduction unit

An image forming apparatus includes a controller substrate, a first mounting portion for a first hard disk drive, a second mounting portion for a second hard disk drive, a first connector electrically connecting the controller substrate and the first hard disk drive, a second connector electrically connecting the controller substrate and the second hard disk drive. The second connector is shifted toward a side downstream of the first connector in a hard disk drive inserting direction so as to be prevented from overlapping with the first connector as seen in a vertical direction. In the second mounting portion, a through hole extending in the vertical direction is formed at a position where the through hole overlaps with the first connector as seen in the vertical direction.

Image forming apparatus

A method of controlling a compression injection molding machine having a movable die mounted on a movable die plate including using a pressure sensor to detect a reaction force produced at the movable die by resin being injected into a die cavity. The pressure sensor is positioned between the movable die plate and a housing supporting a toggle driving mechanism that moves the movable die plate and movable die. The output of the sensor is applied to control the injection of the resin into the die cavity or the thickness of the resin. This output can also control gate cutting or resin injection speed.

Method of controlling a compression injection molding machine

A precision injection molding apparatus is provided with servo mechanisms in various portions of the apparatus including a resin injection portion to provide precise feedback control of resin weighing, blending, and injection of weighed and blended resin into a die cavity between closed dies, a die opening and closing portion to provide precise feedback control for driving a movable die from a spaced position into a closed position relative to a fixed die to provide the die cavity, a gate cutting portion to provide precise feedback control of gate cutting, a molding ejecting portion to provide precise feedback control of ejecting a formed molding and a molding removing portion to provide precise feedback control for removing the molding from between opened dies. Because servo mechanisms are used, there is no variation in repetitive response accuracy of motion and speed of operation can be increased in terms of cycle speeds without loss of accuracy.

Electrically-operated injection molding machine

Method and apparatus for collecting valuable products, particularly zinc, from a zinc-containing substance such as electric furnace dust. A shaft type smelting reduction furnace has a packed bed of a carbonaceous solid reducing agent and has upper and lower tuyeres, and a zinc-containing substance is injected through tuyeres to reduce and vaporize zinc, which is directly contacted by a liquid coolant thereby forming a slurry, and the zinc product is collected from the slurry.

A small acoustic device is provided with a housing, a first electrically actuated vibrating plate and a second vibrating plate. A support member cooperates with the housing for mounting the periphery of the second vibrating plate to the housing to define therewith an airtight chamber. The support member also supports the periphery of the first vibrating plate in the airtight chamber with a gap between the two vibrating plates and air chambers on either side of the second vibrating plate. In this way, the barometric pressure in the two air chambers on either side of the second vibrating plate are equivalent and the device is both waterproof and independent of ambient temperature changes.

Small type acoustic device

An alarm electronic wristwatch has an electromagnetic acoustic transducer having a base plate having a plurality of upstanding projections, and a lead substrate superposed on the base plate and having a plurality of openings dimensioned to receive respective ones of the projections. The cooperation between the projections and openings enable precise positioning of the lead substrate on the base plate. The lead substrate has a set of cut-out or recessed portions in which are mounted permanent magnets. A magnetic core and excitation coil are mounted on the base plate and the terminals of the excitation coil are connected to an electrode pattern formed on the upper surface of the lead substrate. The lead substrate extends laterally of the transducer to enable electrical connection to a circuit block of the wristwatch from which drive signals may be applied to the excitation coil. A vibratory plate is mounted in spaced-apart relationship from the permanent magnets and the magnetic core so that energization of the coil at pre-selected alarm times effects vibration of the vibratory plate at a frequency effective to produce an audible sound.
