A solar cell module includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate opposite the upper substrate, a solar cell panel positioned between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, the solar cell panel including a plurality of solar cells which are arranged in a matrix form and are connected to one another through a wiring member, a passivation layer configured to package the solar cell panel, a frame configured to surround an outer perimeter of the solar cell panel, a connection terminal configured to connect two adjacent strings in the solar cell panel, and a cover member configured to cover the connection terminal.

A solar cell panel can include solar cell parts including a solar cell and a wiring member connected to the solar cell; a first cover member disposed at a front surface of the solar cell; a second cover member disposed at a rear surface of the solar cell; a sealing member disposed between the first cover member and the second cover member, the sealing member surrounding the solar cell parts; and one or more of a plurality of fixing members including at least one of a first fixing member and a second fixing member, in which the first fixing member is disposed at a rear surface of the first cover member and fixes at least part of one of the solar cell parts to the first cover member, and the second fixing member fixes the second cover member to the first cover member.

Solar cell panel and method for manufacturing the same

Disclosed is a solar cell panel module including a solar cell panel; a wiring enclosure electrically connected to the solar cell panel and mounted on or at a back surface of the solar cell panel; and an adhesive member disposed between the wiring enclosure and the solar cell panel to attach the wiring enclosure and the solar cell panel. An air gap opened to an outside and having a thickness corresponding to a thickness of the adhesive member is provided between the solar cell panel and the wiring enclosure by the adhesive member.

A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate, an emitter region forming a p-n junction along with the semiconductor substrate, a first electrode connected to the emitter region, and a second electrode connected to a back surface of the semiconductor substrate; and a plurality of wiring members connected to the first electrode or the second electrode and configured to electrically connect the plurality of solar cells in series, wherein a number of wiring members connected to the first electrode or the second electrode of each solar cell is 6 to 30, and the wiring members have a circular cross-section.
