Provided is a display device. The display device includes a display area including a hole and sub-pixels displaying an image, first data lines disposed on one side of the hole in the display area and extending in a second direction crossing a first direction, second data lines disposed on the other side of the hole in the display area and extending in the second direction, and bypass lines bypassing the hole in the display area and connecting the first data lines and the second data lines, respectively. Each the bypass lines includes a first sub-bypass line extending in the first direction and connected to any one of the first data lines, a second sub-bypass line extending in the second direction and connected to the first sub-bypass line, and a third sub-bypass line extending in the first direction and connecting the second sub-bypass line and any one of the second data.

Display device

A flexible display device including a substrate, a light emitting layer, a first insulating layer, and a conductive layer. The substrate includes a bent region and a non-bent region. The light emitting layer overlaps the non-bent region. The first insulating layer is disposed on the substrate. The conductive layer is disposed on the first insulating layer. A sidewall of the first insulating layer includes a first tapered surface. The first tapered surface includes at least three curved surface portions continuously arranged with one another.

Flexible display device and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes an element layer including light emitting elements positioned in the emission areas; and a circuit layer including: light emitting pixel drivers; data lines electrically connected to the light emitting pixel drivers; first auxiliary lines extending in a first direction crossing the data lines; and second auxiliary lines extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, wherein the first auxiliary lines include a first bypass auxiliary line, wherein the second auxiliary lines include a second bypass auxiliary line, wherein the circuit layer further includes: a first connection auxiliary electrode spaced apart from the first bypass auxiliary line; a first connection line connecting the first bypass auxiliary line to the first connection auxiliary electrode; and a first auxiliary protrusion electrode protruding from the second bypass auxiliary line, and electrically connected to the first connection auxiliary electrode through an auxiliary connection hole.

Provided is a display device which includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area, and a plurality of pads disposed in the non-display area. Each of the pads includes a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, a third electrode layer, a fourth electrode layer, and a fifth electrode layer which are sequentially disposed on the substrate, and the second electrode layer is in contact with the first electrode layer through a contact hole formed in one or more insulating layers.

A display device includes a substrate, a circuit layer, and a light emitting element layer. The circuit layer includes pixel drivers corresponding to emission areas of a display area of the substrate and electrically connected to light emitting elements of the light emitting element layer, data lines that transmit data signals to the pixel drivers, first dummy lines disposed in the display area and extending in a first direction intersecting the data lines, and second dummy lines extending in a second direction parallel to the data lines and neighboring the data lines on a side in the first direction. A subset of via holes among via holes through which the first dummy lines and the second dummy lines are electrically connected, overlaps one of the emission areas, and another subset via holes are disposed in a non-emission area between the emission areas.

A flexible display panel is disclosed. In one aspect, the panel includes a substrate including a flexible first substrate layer, a flexible second substrate layer, and a conductive layer interposed between the flexible first and second substrate layers. The panel also includes a transistor provided over the substrate, and an electro-optical active layer provided over the transistor.

The protection film includes a first protection film and a second protection film on respective sides of the bending area and separated from each other, and the first protection film and the second protection film each have a slanted side adjacent to the bending area.
