The present invention relates to a centrifugal force-based nanoparticle separation apparatus and method. Specifically, the present invention is based on having a low centrifugal force and a small size, and may thus separate nanovesicles unrelated to antibody specificity in a short time and without using an ultracentrifuge. Further, the present invention requires no additional professional personnel and enables accurate fluid measurement by integrating and automating all processes after sample injection, and may thus reduce the loss of nanovesicles.

Centrifugal force-based nanoparticle separation apparatus and method for separating nanoparticles using the same

A particle filtering device which shortens the separation time of particles and increases the separation efficiency are provided. The particle filtering device comprises: a filtration membrane which separates a particle by filtering a sample; a first body connected to an inlet side of the filtration membrane, which supplies the sample to the inlet side of the filtration membrane; and a second body connected to an outlet side of the filtration membrane, which accommodates a permeate whose particle is separated through the filtration membrane, wherein the particle filtering device has a structure in which the permeate is accommodated in advance between the second body and the outlet side of the filtration membrane.

Provided is a microfluidic device to more easily and mechanically operate a valve for controlling a fluid flow, which comprises: a platform having a plurality of chambers; at least one flow channel which connects between the chambers; and a valve which opens or closes the flow channel, wherein the valve includes a blocking member which selectively blocks the flow channel and a pressing member installed in the blocking member to move the blocking member, and the pressing member has a structure which presses and moves the blocking member by the linear reciprocating motion in the same direction as the direction of an external force, and the valve further includes a driving unit which reversibly controls the opening and closing of the flow channel caused by the blocking member by fixing the pressing member to the position of the moved pressing member or returning to the original position.

A centrifugal force-based microfluidic device for a multiplexed analysis and an analyzing method using the same are provided. The microfluidic device includes a platform and a microfluidic structure including a plurality of chambers formed within the platform, and valves positioned between the chambers. The microfluidic structure includes a sample separation chamber connected to a sample injection hole, and a plurality of reaction chambers accommodating two or more types of markers specifically reacting with different types of target materials, separately by type. At least one of the target materials is a standard material, and at least one of the markers is a standard marker specifically reacting with the standard material.
