Provided is a backscattered X-ray image device based on multi-sources. The backscattered X-ray image device includes an X-ray tube array configured to generate X-rays, first slit plates provided on the X-ray tube array and having a first slit through which the X-rays pass, second slit plates provided on the first slit plates and having second slits defined in a direction different from that of the first slit, and detectors provided on the second slit plates and having a narrow gap in the same direction as the first slit, the detectors being configured to detect a backscattered beam that is emitted from a subject receiving the X-rays.

Backscattered X-ray imaging device based on multi-sources

Provided is an X-ray tube including a cathode structure, an anode spaced apart from the cathode structure, a spacer structure disposed between the cathode structure and the anode, and an external power supply connected to each of the cathode structure, the anode, and the spacer structure. Here, the spacer structure includes a first spacer disposed adjacent to the cathode structure and a second spacer disposed on the first spacer and disposed adjacent to the anode. The first spacer includes a first portion adjacent to the cathode structure and a second portion adjacent to a contact point of the first spacer and the second spacer. The second spacer includes a third portion adjacent to the contact point and a fourth portion adjacent to the anode. Each of the first portion and the third portion has a volume resistivity less than that of the second portion.

X-ray tube

Provided is a high voltage driving device including a housing and a cathode, an anode, and an insulation structure, which are disposed in the housing. Here, the cathode and the anode are spaced apart from each other with the insulation structure therebetween. Also, the insulation structure includes a first solid insulator disposed adjacent to the cathode and a second solid insulator disposed adjacent to the anode. Also, the first solid insulator has first volumetric resistivity less than second volumetric resistivity of the second solid insulator, and the first solid insulator contacts the cathode.

High voltage driving device

Provided is an X-ray tube which includes a first electrode, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode, a target disposed in a lower portion of the second electrode, an emitter on the first electrode, a third electrode which is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode and includes an opening at a position perpendicularly corresponding to the emitter, and a spacer provided on the third electrode and surrounding the second electrode. The spacer includes a first section located adjacent to the third electrode and a second section disposed on the first section. The spacer includes a ceramic insulator and conductive dopants dispersed within the ceramic insulator. A concentration of the conductive dopants in the first section of the spacer is greater than a concentration of the conductive dopants in the second section. The third electrode is in contact with the first section of the spacer.

Disclosed is an X-ray image processing apparatus including a data obtaining unit generating first to N-th images indicating an internal structure of an object and an image processing unit receiving the first to N-th images from the data obtaining unit, detecting a movement of the object, and generating a final image from the first to N-th images based on the movement of the object. The data obtaining unit actively controls an X-ray pulse irradiated based on the movement of the object.

Provided is a method for manufacturing an electric field emission device. The method for manufacturing the electric field emission device includes winding a carbon nanotube yarn around outer circumferential surfaces of a metal plate in a first direction, pressing both side surfaces of the metal plate through a pair of metal structures, wherein a top surface of the metal plate is exposed from the metal structures, and an area of the top surface of the metal plate is less than that of each of both the side surfaces of the metal plate, and cutting the carbon nanotube yarn at an edge portion of the top surface of the metal plate in the first direction to form a plurality of emitters.

Method for manufacturing electric field emission device

Provided is an X-ray tube. The X-ray tube includes a cathode electrode, an anode electrode vertically spaced apart from the cathode electrode, an emitter on the cathode electrode, a gate electrode disposed between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode, the gate electrode including an opening at a position corresponding to the emitter, and a spacer provided between the gate electrode and the anode electrode. The spacer includes an insulator and conductive dopants doped in the insulator.

Provided is a field emission device including a cathode electrode and an anode electrode, which are spaced apart from each other, an emitter disposed on the cathode electrode, a gate electrode disposed between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode and including a gate opening that overlaps the emitter, and a plurality of alignment electrodes disposed between the gate electrode and the cathode electrode. Here, the alignment electrodes surround a side surface of the emitter.

Electronic device for correcting dark images in real time

Provided is a method for driving an X-ray source, which includes a cathode electrode, an electron source provided on the cathode electrode and configured to emit an electron beam, and an anode target including an electron beam irradiation surface with the electron beam irradiated thereto, the method including providing the electron beam in a plurality of main pulses, wherein each of the main pulses includes a plurality of short pulses having an idle time and a pulse time, and each of the idle time and the pulse time is shorter than a duration time of the main pulse, wherein applying the plurality of short pulses comprises irradiating the electron beam from the electron source towards the electron beam irradiation surface during the pulse time; and idling the electron beam during the idle time, wherein a duty cycle of the short pulse is 0.4 to 0.6, which is obtained by dividing the idle time by a sum of the pulse time and the idle time.

Method for driving X-ray source

The inventive concept relates to an apparatus for aging a field emission device configured to emitting electrons based on an electric field between a first electrode and a second electrode, and an aging method thereof. The apparatus according to an embodiment of an inventive concept includes a voltage generator and a current controller. The voltage generator increases the voltage applied to the first electrode to the target voltage level during the first time. The current controller increases the field emission current for the second time to the target current level and increases the pulse width of the field emission current for the third time to the target pulse width. According to the inventive concept, the performance of a large field emission device may be improved with high efficiency and low cost.

X-ray imaging device and driving method thereof

Provided is an X-ray source including a vacuum closed tube. The X-ray source includes a high voltage connection module, a tube module, and a magnetic lens system into which the tube module is inserted. The tube module includes a vacuum closed tube. The vacuum closed tube includes a cathode electrode provided at one end thereof, a nano-emitter on the cathode electrode, an anode electrode provided at the other end, and a first insulation spacer provided between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode.
