A sensor device package includes a sensor device including touch sensing electrodes and an antenna unit, and a circuit board bonded to the sensor device. The circuit board includes a core layer including a first surface and a second surface which face each other, a first conductive layer including first touch sensor signal lines and a first antenna signal line distributed at the same level on the first surface, a second conductive layer including second touch sensor signal lines and a second antenna signal line distributed at the same level on the second surface, an antenna via structure which penetrates the core layer to connect the first antenna signal line and the second antenna signal line with each other, and a touch sensor via structure which penetrates the core layer to connect the first touch sensor signal lines and the second touch sensor signal lines to each other, respectively.

Sensor device package and image display device including the same

An antenna device according to an embodiment includes a dielectric layer including a high transmittance area and a low transmittance area, and an antenna unit disposed on the dielectric layer. The antenna unit includes a radiator disposed on the high transmittance area of the dielectric layer and having a mesh structure, a signal pad disposed on the low transmittance area of the dielectric layer and having a solid pattern structure, and an impedance matching pattern connecting the radiator and the signal pad on the low transmittance area of the dielectric layer. The impedance matching pattern has a larger width than that of the signal pad and has a solid pattern structure.

The antenna device includes a dielectric layer, a first antenna unit arranged on the dielectric layer and a second antenna unit arranged on the dielectric layer to be physically and electrically separated from the first antenna unit. An antenna structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a dielectric layer, a radiator disposed on the dielectric layer, a first signal pad for supplying a first input signal to the radiator, a second signal pad for selectively supplying a second input signal to the radiator, a first transmission line connecting the first signal pad to the radiator, and a second transmission line connecting the second signal pad to the radiator. Thereby, it is possible to provide an antenna structure having improved signal efficiency and space efficiency by implementing multiple polarization characteristics with one radiator.

An antenna device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a dielectric layer, an antenna unit disposed on a top surface of the dielectric layer, the antenna unit including a radiator and a transmission line connected to the radiator, a dummy electrode separated from the antenna unit on the top surface of the dielectric layer, the dummy electrode at least partially surrounding the antenna unit, and a blocking pattern arranged around the antenna unit in the dummy electrode. Radiation interruption from the dummy electrode is prevented by the blocking pattern to improve radiation reliability.

An antenna package according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes an antenna device including an antenna unit, a first circuit board including a first core layer having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, a signal wiring extending on the first surface of the first core layer to be electrically connected to the antenna unit, and a first via structure penetrating through the first core layer, and a first connector mounted on the second surface of the first core layer, the first connector including a first terminal electrically connected to the antenna unit and the first via structure.

An antenna structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a passivation layer, an antenna unit at least partially embedded in an upper portion of the passivation layer, and an insulating layer disposed on a top surface of the passivation layer to cover the antenna unit. A spatial efficiency of the antenna structure is improved and a thickness of the image display device is reduced to improve a bending property.
