The present invention relates to a power saving safety helmet capable of wireless communication, and a wireless transmission and reception method therefor, and the power saving safety helmet capable of wireless communication comprises: a voice input unit for receiving a voice input from a user; a sensor unit sensing whether an accident involving the user has occurred so as to generate an accident sensing signal; a wireless communication unit for intermittently transmitting and receiving, by using frequency channels different from each other, a voice signal and an emergency signal generated by the voice and the accident sensing signal or transmitted from the outside; a sound output unit for outputting a voice and a beep sound corresponding to the voice signal and the emergency signal transmitted from the outside; and a control unit for controlling the beep sound so as to be outputted at output time intervals which are set to be different according to the reception strength of the received emergency signal.

Power saving safety helmet capable of wireless communication, and wireless transmission and reception method therefor

The present invention relates to a traffic accident occurrence notification system using LED display lamps, comprising: an emergency message generating unit provided in a mobile means so as to generate a wireless signal in an emergency situation; a plurality of LED display lamps provided together with street lamps provided on a road so as to receive the wireless signal from the emergency message generating unit and display a turned-on or flickering state from a position at which the wireless signal is received to a position at which a distance is set at a rear; and a street lamp control server for controlling the street lamps and the LED display lamps and determining the position at which the wireless signal is received so as to transmit information thereof to a rescue server. The present invention provides the emergency message generating unit in a vehicle so as to detect an accident or enable a driver to recognize an emergency situation and select propagation of the emergency situation, and enables a nearby street lamp to receive the wireless signal when the emergency message generating unit transmits the wireless signal so as to turn on or flicker the LED display lamps such that the LED display lamps located at the rear of a distance set at a corresponding position are turned on or flicker so as to make a driver in a rearward vehicle recognize the occurrence of the emergency situation ahead, thereby preventing the occurrence of a secondary collision accident.

Traffic accident occurrence notification system using LED display lamps

A channel allocation (FA) system for use in a wireless communication system includes a controller, d number of combiners, d number of switchable power divider/combiners and d number of switches. The FA system allocates FAs to N number of sectors of a base transceiver station. In the system, the controller groups N sector into M small groups and determining d and f, wherein N and M are positive integers and d and f are the number of dynamic FAs and the number of fixed FAs, respectively. The combiners combine the dynamic and the fixed FAs for said each small group and output d number of signals. The switches selectively connect the output signals to the switchable power divider/combiners, whereby the switchable power divider/combiners amplify signals inputted thereto at the same level in amplitude. Although the BTS switchably shares the dynamic FAs at each of the sectors, its service coverage area does not change because the final output power level of each FA is the same in amplitude. Therefore, both the number of total FAs allocated to the BTS and the related devices can be reduced without changing its service coverage area.

The multi beam controllable antenna system includes: at least one first dividing unit for dividing an input signal into a plurality of first divided signals; at least one first phase shifting unit for shifting the first divided signals and generating first phase-shifted signals; at least one first combining unit for combining the phase-shifted signals and generating a combined signal; at least one second dividing unit for dividing the combined signal into second divided signals; at least one second phase shifting unit for shifting the second divided signals and generating second phase-shifted signals; and a controlling unit for generating a control signal which controls horizontal and vertical half-power beam widths and tilting angles of the input signal independently by controlling the first and the second dividing unit and the first and the second phase shifting unit.

A signal process apparatus of the present invention is capable of shifting phases of signals inputted thereto and attenuating the signals, simultaneously. The signal process apparatus includes a dielectric member provided with a first and a second portions, a plurality of transmission lines positioned opposite the dielectric member for transmitting the signals and means for rotating the dielectric member to an axis perpendicular to a surface of the dielectric member which is parallel to the transmission lines. In the signal process apparatus, a dielectric constant of the first portion is different from that of the second portion. Each of the signals is inputted to a corresponding transmission line. After each of the signals is passing through the corresponding transmission line, it has a phase shifted by rotating the dielectric member.
