A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, a common voltage transmission line which is disposed in the non-display area and transmits a common voltage, a common voltage line disposed in the display area and connected with the common voltage transmission line, a common electrode disposed in the display area and the non-display area and connected with the common voltage line, a first pad disposed in the non-display area and connected with the common electrode, and a second pad disposed in the non-display area and connected with the common voltage transmission line.

A display device includes a substrate, a pixel defining layer defining a first opening, a light emitting element including a first electrode exposed to outside the pixel defining layer by the first opening and a light emitting layer in the first opening and facing the first electrode, and a spacer spaced apart from the pixel defining layer along the substrate. The pixel defining layer and the spacer each includes a top surface which is furthest from the substrate and a height of the top surface from the substrate, and the height of the top surface of the spacer is greater than the height of the top surface of the pixel defining layer.

Display device and method of fabricating the same

A display device according to an embodiment includes: a substrate including a display area, a dummy area, and a peripheral area; a passivation layer positioned in the display area, the dummy region, and the peripheral area of the substrate; a first adhesive auxiliary layer positioned on the passivation layer and positioned in the dummy region; a dummy pixel defining layer positioned on the first adhesive auxiliary layer and including a hydrophobic material; a second adhesive auxiliary layer positioned on the passivation layer, positioned in the peripheral area, and including a lateral side contacting the dummy pixel defining layer; a common voltage transmitter positioned in the peripheral area; and a common electrode connected to the common voltage transmitter, and positioned on the second adhesive auxiliary layer and the dummy pixel defining layer.

A display device includes a substrate, a plurality of pixels on the substrate, a first electrode arranged for each pixel on the substrate, a pixel defining layer on the substrate along a boundary of each pixel and including an opening exposing the first electrode of the pixel, an organic layer on the first electrode in the opening of the pixel defining layer, and a second electrode on the organic layer, the pixel defining layer including a first pixel defining layer and a second pixel defining layer stacked on a surface of the first pixel defining layer, the surface of the first pixel defining layer including an upper surface and a side surface, and a surface roughness of the upper surface of the first pixel defining layer being greater than a surface roughness of the first electrode.

Display device and method of manufacturing the same

A display element includes: a base substrate; a metal layer on the base substrate; a passivation film on the base substrate and covering the metal layer; an electrode on the passivation film and at least partially overlapping the metal layer; and a pixel defining film on the passivation film. The pixel defining film has an opening at least partially exposing the electrode, and portions of the electrode offset from the metal layer are below a portion of the electrode overlapping the metal layer such that trenches are defined in the opening.

Provided is a light emitting display device. The emitting display device comprises: a substrate including a plurality of pixels which are arranged in a first direction and a second direction that crosses the first direction, the plurality of pixels comprising a first main pixel block and a second main pixel block; a planarization pattern arranged on the substrate; a first electrode on the planarization pattern for each of the plurality of pixels; a pixel defining layer partitioning the respective pixels on the substrate and having an opening for exposing the first electrode; an organic layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the organic layer, wherein a thickness of the planarization pattern of the pixel in the second main pixel block is larger than a thickness of the planarization pattern of the pixel in the first main pixel block.
