A display device includes a substrate including a first display area and a second display area; a first pixel circuit part disposed on the first display area of the substrate; a first light-emitting device connected to the first pixel circuit part; a second pixel circuit part disposed on the second display area of the substrate; a second light-emitting device connected to the second pixel circuit part; and a signal transfer wire that overlaps the second light-emitting device. The signal transfer wire includes subwires spaced apart from each other, and a bridge wire extending from the subwires.

Transparent display device and tiled display device including the same

A display device includes: a substrate having a first display area and a second display area. A first pixel circuit portion is disposed on the substrate. A first emitting diode includes a first pixel electrode connected to the first pixel circuit portion. A second pixel circuit portion is disposed on a second display area of the substrate. An extension wire is connected to the second pixel circuit portion. A second emitting diode includes a second pixel electrode connected to the extension wire, and a driving circuit portion is connected to the first pixel circuit portion and the second pixel circuit portion, and overlaps the second emitting diode. The extension wire is disposed in a different layer from the second pixel electrode.

A display device includes a display panel including a main area and a sensor area. Sensor devices overlap the sensor area of the display panel in a thickness direction of the display panel. The display panel includes first subpixels, which are disposed in the sensor area, and second subpixels, which are disposed in the main area. The number of transistors of each of the first subpixels is different from the number of transistors of each of the second subpixels.

A display device includes a substrate, a display panel including a first display region having first pixels, a second display region having second pixels, and a third display region located between the first and second display regions and having third pixels, and a component disposed between the substrate and the display panel and which overlaps the second display region in a plan view. An organic light-emitting display device includes a pixel area and a transmitting area adjacent to the pixel area. The organic light-emitting display device includes an organic light-emitting diode, a driving power wiring, and a heating pattern adjacent to the driving power wiring. The organic light-emitting diode includes a first electrode disposed in the pixel area, an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode and a second electrode disposed on the organic light-emitting layer. The driving power wiring is electrically connected to the second electrode. A portion of the organic light-emitting layer is disposed in the transmitting area. The organic light-emitting layer includes an opening area overlapping the heating pattern and at least a portion of the driving power wiring. The second electrode electrically contacts the driving power wiring through the opening area.

Organic light-emitting display device and method for manufacturing the same

The display device includes a substrate including a sensor area, a display panel including a first pixel disposed in the sensor area, and a sensor disposed between the substrate and the display panel and overlapping the sensor area. The sensor area includes pixel areas in which the first pixel is disposed and transmission areas in which the first pixel is not disposed, the transmission areas include a first transmission area, the pixel areas include a first pixel area positioned in a first direction of the first transmission area and a second pixel area positioned in a second direction crossing the first direction of the first transmission area, the first pixel includes a first pixel circuit, some of transistors of the first pixel circuit are disposed in the first pixel area, and others of the transistors of the first pixel circuit are disposed in the second pixel area.

A display device including a display panel having a display area in which a plurality of pixels are arranged, and a light source unit overlapping the display panel and including at least one light source. The light source unit irradiates infrared light to a predetermined region within the display area when displaying an image on the display area to change the luminance of pixels disposed in the predetermined region.
