A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, a plurality of pads in a first direction of the peripheral area of the substrate and in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a circuit film on the pads. Each of the pads includes a signal line on the substrate, a first dummy pattern on the substrate and spaced apart from the signal line in the first direction, and a first insulating pattern between the signal line and the first dummy pattern on the substrate.

Display device

A display device includes a display panel including a pixel layer displaying an image, and a pad part electrically connected to the pixel layer. The display device includes a flexible circuit film combined with the pad part of the display panel. The flexible circuit film includes a base film, a first conductive line disposed on a first surface of the base film, a first conductive pad extending from the first conductive line and electrically connected to the pad part of the display panel, a cover layer covering the first conductive line and exposing the first conductive pad, and a protrusion pattern disposed on the cover layer, adjacent to the first conductive pad, and facing a side surface of the display panel.

A display device includes: a first substrate that includes a plurality of first pads arranged in a first direction and a plurality of second pads arranged in parallel with the plurality of first pads; a second substrate that overlaps the first substrate and includes a second substrate including one edge exposing the plurality of first pads and the plurality of second pads; a first flexible printed circuit board that is electrically connected with the plurality of first pads; a second flexible printed circuit board that overlaps the first flexible printed circuit board and is electrically connected with the plurality of second pads; a protective layer that covers the first flexible printed circuit board and the second flexible printed circuit board from one edge of the second substrate to a width including the plurality of first pads and the plurality of second pads; and a blocking portion disposed on the first substrate at a distance from one edge of the second substrate by a width of the protective layer and contacting the protective layer.

A display apparatus includes a display panel which have first display pads arranged in a first direction, a main circuit board, a first flexible circuit board which includes first substrate pads connected to the main circuit board and the first display pads and a first driving chip connected to the first substrate pads, and is bent in a direction toward a back surface of the display panel, and a protective member disposed on the first flexible circuit board. The protective member covers the first driving chip.

Display apparatus

Provided is a method of fabricating an electronic device. The method according to the present inventive concept may include forming a lower electrode having a flat portion and protrusions on a substrate, forming an intermediate layer on the lower electrode, and forming an upper electrode on the intermediate layer. The forming of the lower electrode may include forming a conductive film by depositing a first metal on the substrate, and depositing a second metal on the conductive film to prepare an alloy of the first metal and the second metal.

Electronic devices and method of fabricating the same

A display device may include a data driver, a data line, a display panel that includes a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel both connected to the data line and respectively positioned in a first region and a second region of the display panel, and a timing controller that may receive first-type image signals and second-type image signals. The first-type image signals may correspond to a first gray-scale and may correspond to the first region. The second-type image signals may correspond to a second gray-scale and may correspond to the second region. The timing controller may use the first gray-scale to generate a compensated gray-scale if a difference between the first gray-scale and the second gray-scale is greater than a reference value. The data driver may generate a gray-scale voltage according to the compensated gray-scale and may provide the gray-scale voltage through the data line to the first sub-pixel.
