Disclosed is an apparatus and method for synchronously treating sewage and sludge through a step-feed partial nitrification coupling anaerobic ammonia oxidation process, belonging to the biological treatment field. Ammonia rich landfill leachate is firstly pumped into an aerobic reactor to realize partial nitrification process; exogenous surplus sludge coupling with partial nitrification reactor effluent are input to an anoxic reactor together for achieving integrated fermentation and denitrification process; finally, effluent from the anoxic reactor is pumped into an integrated autotrophic nitrogen removal reactor by a step-feed mode, the integrated reactor contains two main running units of aeration and anoxic stirring, ammonia is oxidized into nitrite in aeration stage, and the generated nitrite and ammonia contained in secondary influent are further removed through anammox process which operates stably and reliably, realizes efficient nitrogen removal from landfill leachate without external carbon source addition, and realizes the purpose of exogenous excess sludge reduction simultaneously.

Apparatus and method for synchronously treating sewage and sludge through combination of step-feed partial nitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation

A method for treating middle and mature landfill leachate by endogenous denitrification combined autotrophic nitrogen removal process, which belongs to a field of biological treatment of high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater. The middle and mature landfill leachate firstly enters a PN/ED-SBR reactor to perform in an A/O (anaerobic/aerobic) mode, microorganisms in an anaerobic stage absorb an external carbon source and store the external carbon source as an intracellular carbon source, partial nitrification is performed in the aerobic stage, and the ammonia nitrogen in inlet water is completely oxidized into nitrite nitrogen; after the reaction is finished, an effluent containing nitrite nitrogen and middle and mature landfill leachate are mixed and then enter an AMOX-UASB reactor to perform anammox reaction, the effluent of the reactor is pumped into the PN/ED-SBR reactor again to perform in the anoxic mode, and oxidized nitrogen is removed through endogenous denitrification.

Method for treating middle and mature landfill leachate by endogenous denitrification combined autotrophic nitrogen removal process

The present application relates to the field of sewage treatment, and specifically relates to a shortcut nitrification method for sewage treatment. The shortcut nitrification method for sewage treatment provided in the present application comprises the following steps: adding a shortcut nitrification accelerator to sewage. The shortcut nitrification accelerator comprises 2-30 parts by weight of an inorganic hydroxylamine and 0.1-20 parts by weight of an inorganic ammonium salt. The pH of sewage is 6.5-6.95. The shortcut nitrification method for sewage treatment provided in the present application can significantly increase nitrite accumulation rate, and control a biological nitrification reaction at a stage of nitrite accumulation, thereby facilitating a wastewater denitrification process, improving the wastewater treatment effect, and having good engineering application value.

Shortcut nitrification method for sewage treatment

Disclosed are a method and device for realizing advanced nitrogen removal of mature landfill leachate and sludge reduction by using sludge fermentation products as carbon source, belonging to the field of biological treatment of sludge of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater. The mature landfill leachate first enters a PNA-SBR, the reactor operates in an anoxic/anaerobic/oxic (A/A/O) mode, denitrification is performed at an anoxic state; then anaerobic ammonia oxidation is performed at an anaerobic stage to remove part of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen; partial nitrification is performed at an oxic stage to remove the ammonia nitrogen; discharged water is pumped into a DN-SBR, meanwhile, an excess sludge fermentation mixture is added, the reactor operates in an anoxic/anaerobic/oxic (A/A/O) mode, organic matters in the sludge fermentation mixture are used for denitrification at an anoxic stage, and meanwhile, microorganisms store an inner carbon source; ammonia nitrogen brought by the fermentation mixture is removed at an anaerobic stage; and denitrification is performed through the inner carbon source at an oxic stage. The remarkable sludge reduction effect is achieved while a removal rate of TN achieves 96.0%, and the method and the device are suitable for advanced removal of the high ammonia nitrogen wastewater.

Method and device for realizing advanced nitrogen removal of mature landfill leachate and sludge reduction by using sludge fermentation products as carbon source

A device and method for enhancing nitrogen and phosphorus removal based on a multistage AO partial denitrification coupled with Anammox process in combination with a sludge hydrolytic acidification mixture belong to the technical field of active sludge method wastewater treatment. A system includes a water tank, a water pump, a biochemical reaction zone, a hydrolytic acidification tank and other devices. A multistage AO step-feed pipeline is used to inject raw water into the reaction zone in a segmented manner, guaranteeing efficient utilization of organic matter in the raw water; biofilm carriers are added into an anaerobic zone and anoxic zones to enrich anammox bacteria, and nitrite nitrogen produced by partial denitrification provides a substrate for the anammox bacteria to realize autotrophic nitrogen removal; a nitrification and phosphorus accumulating bacteria aerobic phosphorus uptake are performed in aerobic zones; and part of excess sludge in a secondary sedimentation tank enters the hydrolytic acidification tank to convert macromolecular organic matter into low molecular weight organic matter, a hydrolytic acidification mixture and the excess sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank synchronously flow back to the anaerobic zone, and as a high-quality carbon source, the low molecular weight organic matter can promote partial denitrification. The system provides a novel method for efficient and energy-saving treatment of municipal wastewater.

Device and method for enhancing nitrogen and phosphorus removal based on multistage AO partial denitrification coupled with anammox in combination with sludge hydrolytic acidification

The present application provides a system and method for realizing partial anammox advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal through mainstream and sidestream biofilm cyclic alternating for a municipal wastewater treatment plant. The system includes three main component units: a mainstream zone (a), an advanced treatment zone (b) and a side stream zone (c). Advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal of the entire system is realized through cyclic alternating of biofilms. In the mainstream zone (a), the main function of an anaerobic/anoxic zone is to perform heterotrophic denitrification nitrogen removal, and partial denitrification/anammox autotrophic nitrogen removal, and the main function of an oxic zone is to remove organic matter, perform aerobic phosphorus uptake, and complete a nitrification reaction. In a denitrification fluidized bed () in the advanced treatment zone (b), advanced treatment is performed for a mixed solution of effluent and raw water in the mainstream zone to achieve heterotrophic denitrification, and partial denitrification/anammox autotrophic nitrogen removal. A high-ammonia nitrogen anammox nitrogen removal zone () in the sidestream zone (c) enriches anammox bacteria based on biofilms, realizing autotrophic nitrogen removal of sidestream high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater.

System and method for realizing partial anammox advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal through mainstream and sidestream biofilm cyclic alternating for municipal wastewater treatment plant

A method for advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal of domestic sewage based on DEAMOX in AOAO process with sludge double-reflux is disclosed. The method comprises allowing domestic sewage and returned sludge of the secondary sedimentation tank () to enter the anaerobic zone () of the AOAO reactor (), firstly performing partial denitrification by the denitrifying bacteria, reducing nitrate-nitrogen in the returned sludge to nitrite-nitrogen, then converting ammonia-nitrogen and nitrite-nitrogen into nitrogen by anammox bacteria, and phosphate accumulating bacteria and denitrifying phosphate accumulating organisms performing anaerobic phosphate release and storing internal carbon source; then allowing part of the mixed liquid to enter the intermediate aerobic zone () of the AOAO bioreactor () to carry out phosphate uptake and nitrification reaction, allowing another part of the mixed liquid to enter the anoxic zone () of the AOAO bioreactor (), at same time allowing all the mixed liquid of the intermediate aerobic zone () and part of returned sludge of the secondary sedimentation tank () to enter the anoxic zone (), using the internal carbon source stored in the anaerobic compartment and the internal carbon source in the returned sludge to carry out partial denitrification, anammox, denitrifying dephosphatation, and then allowing the mixed liquid to enter the post aerobic zone () and subsequently enter the secondary sedimentation tank () for mud-water separation. An apparatus for advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal of domestic sewage based on DEAMOX in AOAO process with sludge double-reflux is also disclosed.

Apparatus and method for advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal of domestic sewage based on DEAMOX in AOAO process with sludge double-reflux

An apparatus for treating municipal sewage by anaerobic/aerobic/anoxic (AOA) [1] process via simultaneous endogenous partial [2] denitrification coupled with anammox in anoxic zone is disclosed. The apparatus mainly includes a raw water tank () for sewage, an AOA reactor () and a sedimentation tank (), the sludge flows back from the bottom of the sedimentation tank () to the anoxic zone () and the anaerobic zone () respectively, and biofilm filler is added to the anoxic zone (). The sewage enters the AOA reactor (), and the intracellular carbon source is stored in the anaerobic zone () to remove the organic matter in the raw water. Then it enters the aerobic zone () for nitrification, and the generated nitrate-nitrogen enters the anoxic zone () for endogenous partial denitrification. The filler in the anoxic zone () uses the generated nitrite-nitrogen by endogenous partial denitrification and the remaining ammonia-nitrogen in the raw water to perform anammox reaction. The generated nitrate-nitrogen can be further removed by endogenous denitrification in the anoxic zone (). Endogenous partial denitrification coupled with anammox is used for nitrogen removal in the anoxic zone (), which can reduce the requirement of aeration in the aerobic zone () and the carbon sources in the anoxic zone (), and suitable for low C/N ratio municipal sewage treatment. A method for treating municipal sewage by AOA process via endogenous partial denitrification coupled with anammox in anoxic zone is also provided.
