An Nth stage driving unit includes: a pull-up control module; a first bootstrap module; a pull-up module; a pull-down control module; and a first pull-down module. The driving circuit can be normally operated by input signal lines including a first clock signal line, a second clock signal line, a first power signal line, a second power signal line, and an initial signal line, so that types and a number of the input signal lines can be effectively reduced.

A fingerprint readout circuit and a display panel are disclosed. The fingerprint readout circuit includes a voltage amplifier unit, a fingerprint readout unit, and a source follower unit. The voltage amplifier unit is coupled to the fingerprint readout unit and the source follower unit, and the fingerprint readout unit is coupled to the source follower unit. The fingerprint readout circuit has both current and voltage amplification functions. Therefore, a voltage difference is amplified, facilitating reading out fingerprint signals accurately and enhancing fingerprint readout precision and accuracy.

Material of the inducing material is one of carbon nanotubes, carbon black, and gold nanorods. Because of the high anisotropy of the inducing material, molecular orientation of the PVDF material is induced, thereby improving piezoelectric performance of the piezoelectric PVDF material. A GOA circuit, a display panel and a display device are provided. The GOA circuit includes a plurality of GOA units connected in series. The GOA unit includes a forward scan control module, a node signal control module, an output control module, a regulating module, a first pull-down module, a second pull-down module, a third pull-down module, a fourth pull-down module, and a switch module. The display device according to an embodiment only needs two clock signals for the GOA driving circuit to scan each row of gates. Furthermore, it could enormously reduce the width of GOA and realize the narrow side frame design.
