The present disclosure discloses a vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly, wherein, the vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly comprises two sets of driving units that are symmetrically arranged, the two sets of driving units connect to a same set of vehicle axle half shafts, each of the sets of driving units is provided with a power source and an automatic transmission, and each of the automatic transmissions connects to one of the vehicle axle half shafts. The automatic transmission is provided therein with an input shaft, an intermediate shaft and an output shaft that are parallel, the input shaft, the intermediate shaft and the output shaft are provided thereon with multistage gears with different transmission ratios, the power source connects to the input shaft, and the output shaft connects to a left half shaft or a right half shaft of the vehicle axle half shaft. The present disclosure can realize transmission of two speed ratios, with flexible transmission modes, which shortens the axial size of the driving assembly, which cannot only satisfy the acceleration capability and climbing ability of the vehicle but also satisfy the demand on high vehicle speed.

Vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly

The present disclosure discloses an integrated electric drive power assembly, which solves the problems of the electrically driving power assemblies in the prior art that have a greater axial size and greater weight. The power assembly comprises a motor and a gearbox, an output shaft of the motor and an input shaft of the gearbox are integrally manufactured, to form a main shaft of the power assembly, a parking lock wheel is provided within the gearbox, and the parking lock wheel is fixedly mounted to the main shaft. The present disclosure significantly reduces the axial size of the power assembly, which facilitates the light weighing and the arrangement in the vehicle of the power assembly.

Integrated electric drive power assembly

An input shaft structure for connecting a motor () and a gearbox () is provided, wherein the input shaft structure comprises a main shaft (), an input end of the main shaft is located within the motor, and is connected to a rotor of the motor, an output end of the main shaft is located within the gearbox, and is connected to a driving gear () of the gearbox, and all of the two ends and an middle portion of the main shaft are provided with a bearing () to perform axial positioning, wherein a hub (-) of the driving gear extend toward two sides, and an inner bore of the hub matches with a shaft diameter of the main shaft to perform radial positioning, to ensure a concentricity of the driving gear and the main shaft. The motor shaft and the input shaft of the gearbox are designed as an integral input shaft, which reduces the entire axial size of the power section, facilitates the layout of the entire vehicle, and has a smaller weight. The two ends of the driving gear are added radial positioning, to ensure a concentricity of the driving gear and the main shaft, which improves the stability of the system.
