According to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an apparatus that includes a battery, a Direct Current (DC) bus connected to the battery, and a DC to DC converter connected to the battery in parallel with the DC bus. A Motor Control Unit (MCU) is connected between the DC to DC converter and an electric motor. An Alternating Current (AC) port is connected to the electric motor. Switches connect the DC bus and an output of the DC to DC converter in series as an input to the MCU in a drive mode and disconnect the DC bus from the MCU in a charge mode.

Integrated charger and motor control system isolated by motor

A converter and a power supply system are disclosed, and relate to the power electronics field, to resolve a problem that a sampling circuit in an OBC circuit is relatively complex. The converter includes an alternating current unit, a switching unit, a conversion unit, a direct current unit, and a controller. The alternating current unit includes a U line, a V line, a W line, and an N line. The N line is connected to a ground of the controller, so that the controller can be directly connected to the U line, the V line, and the W line, to collect a voltage of the U line, a voltage of the V line, and a voltage of the W line. This simplifies the sampling circuit.

A power conversion module, a vehicle-mounted charger, and an electric vehicle may be used in the field of new energy vehicles. The power conversion module includes a power factor correction PFC module and a first direct current-direct current DC-DC converter. A first primary circuit of the first DC-DC converter has a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, a third bridge arm, and a fourth bridge arm. A first switch is disposed between the first bridge arm and an inductor at an interface of the PFC module, and a second switch is disposed between the third bridge arm and another interface of the PFC module. When the first switch and the second switch are turned on, a secondary circuit of the first DC-DC converter may implement a function of a primary circuit of a second DC-DC converter; the second bridge arm and the fourth bridge arm may implement a function of a secondary circuit of the second DC-DC converter; and the first bridge arm, the third bridge arm, the inductor of the PFC module, and a capacitor of the PFC module may form an inverter module, so as to implement an inverse discharging function.

Power conversion module, vehicle-mounted charger, and electric vehicle

This application provides a magnetic integrated device, a power conversion circuit, a charger, and an electric vehicle, and pertains to the field of power electronics technologies. The magnetic integrated device includes a magnetic core, a first transformer winding, and a second transformer winding, where the first transformer winding and the second transformer winding are separated and wound, and a first air gap is formed at separation. A magnetic line may pass through the first air gap to form leakage inductance, and the leakage inductance may be equivalent to resonant inductance in the power conversion circuit. Therefore, there is no need to separately dispose an inductor winding in the magnetic integrated device. This effectively reduces a volume and a weight of the magnetic integrated device. In addition, the power conversion circuit that uses the magnetic integrated device also has a relatively small volume and relatively high-power density.

According to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an apparatus that includes first, second, and third power converter stages connected to a transformer module. At least one of the first, second, and third power converter stages is a multi-level power converter stage that has multiple configurations to generate different output voltages from an input voltage.

A magnetic integrated device is disclosed, the device includes: a first magnetic core base and a second magnetic core base that are parallel and a first magnetic core column, a second magnetic core column, and a third magnetic core column that are located between the first magnetic core base and the second magnetic core base; and a first winding, a second winding, and a third winding are wound on the first magnetic core column, the second magnetic core column, and the third magnetic core column respectively in a same manner to form a closed magnetic flux loop, where the first winding, the second winding, and the third winding are separately used for connecting to a branch of a three-phase parallel circuit, and in all branches of the three-phase parallel circuit, values of currents are the same, and a difference between each two current phases is 120 degrees.
