A display apparatus is disclosed that includes a data driver, a demux circuit, a first wiring mixing structure, a second wiring mixing structure, a display panel and a bending area. The data driver includes first to fourth output amplifiers. The demux circuit is configured to branch the first to fourth output amplifiers to first to eighth output lines through demux switching. The first wiring mixing structure is connected to the demux circuit. The second wiring mixing structure is connected to the first wiring mixing structure. The display panel includes data lines connected to the second wiring mixing structure. The bending area is disposed between the display panel and the data driver. The demux circuit is disposed between an integrated circuit area of the data driver and the bending area. The bending area includes a bending line for folding elements toward a rear surface of the display panel. The display panel is disposed on a first side of the bending line and the demux circuit and the integrated circuit area are disposed on a second side of the bending line.

Display apparatus and electronic apparatus including the same

A display apparatus for reducing a reduction in image quality due to signal interference between adjacent lines comprises a substrate, pixels comprising at least a first pixel group to a third pixel group, data lines comprising at least a first data line to a third data line, and a data distributor for alternately transferring data signals to at least one pair of data lines among the data lines, wherein one end of a first horizontal line of the first data line is arranged adjacent to blue-based pixels of the first pixel group, one end of a second horizontal line of the second data line is arranged adjacent to green-based pixels of the second pixel group, and one end of a third horizontal line of the third data line is arranged adjacent to blue-based pixels of the third pixel group.

A display apparatus according to an embodiment includes a gate driving circuit configured to sequentially output gate signals during a compensation period of a frame period, in which a threshold voltage of a driving transistor is compensated, wherein a gate signal output by each of a plurality of stages is simultaneously supplied to gate lines arranged in two or more rows corresponding thereto.

A flexible display device including a display panel layer, a touch sensing layer, a reflection prevention layer, and a window layer. The touch sensing layer is disposed directly on a first display panel surface, a second display panel surface facing the first display panel surface in a thickness direction, or a second base surface of the reflection prevention layer. The reflection prevention layer is disposed directly on the second display panel surface or a first base surface of the touch sensing layer. The window layer is disposed directly on the first base surface or the second base surface.

Flexible display device

A display device according to the invention includes: a display panel and a driving chip mounted on the display panel. The display panel includes: a base layer, pixels, signal lines, fan-out lines, and a selection circuit. The base layer includes a first region, a second region bent with respect to a bending axis, and a third region adjacent to the second region. The pixels are arranged in the first region, and the signal lines are arranged in the first region and connected to the pixels. The fan-out lines are arranged in the second region and connected to the signal lines. The selection circuit is arranged between the fan-out lines and the driving chip in the third region and connected to the fan-out lines and the driving chip.

Display device

A flexible display device includes a protection member, a first adhesion member, a display member, a second adhesion member, and a window member. A thickness of the display member is less than a sum of thicknesses of the protection member and the window member. The display member includes a display panel layer, a touch sensing layer, and a reflection prevention layer integrated with each other to reduce a thickness of the flexible display device. The reduction in thickness enables the flexible display device to be bent with a relatively small radius of curvature, as well as to be repeatedly bent (or otherwise flexed) with reduced potential for delamination of the first and second adhesion members.

A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes forming a first photosensitive pattern and a second photosensitive pattern of different thicknesses on an active layer; forming a driving semiconductor layer and a compensation semiconductor layer using the first photosensitive pattern and the second photosensitive pattern as masks to etch the active layer; exposing an upper surface of the driving semiconductor layer by etching the first photosensitive pattern and forming a third photosensitive pattern by etching at least a portion of the second photosensitive pattern; forming a first insulating layer on the driving semiconductor layer and the third photosensitive pattern; exposing an upper surface of the compensation semiconductor layer by stripping the third photosensitive pattern; and forming a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer and the compensation semiconductor layer.

Display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes an organic light-emitting diode, a driving transistor configured to control an amount of electric current flowing to the organic light-emitting diode from a power line, a compensation transistor configured to diode-connect the driving transistor in response to a voltage applied to first and second compensation gate electrodes of the compensation transistor, and a gate insulating layer between the compensation gate electrodes and a compensation active region of a compensation transistor. A layer structure of the gate insulating layer between the first compensation gate electrode and the compensation active region is different from a layer structure of the gate insulating layer between the second compensation gate electrode and the compensation active region.

Organic light-emitting display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A display device is disclosed that includes a display panel including a pixel and a scan driver to provide a first scan signal to a third scan signal to the pixel. The pixel includes a light emitting element, a first transistor connected between a first voltage line and the light emitting element, a second transistor connected between a data line and a first node, a gate electrode of the second transistor to receive a first scan signal, a third transistor connected between the second node and the first transistor, a gate electrode of the third transistor to receive a second scan signal, and a fourth transistor connected between a first initialization voltage line, which is to receive a first initialization voltage, and the second node, a gate electrode of the fourth transistor to receive a third scan signal. The first to third scan signals include first to third activation sections, and the first to third activation sections have an equal duration.

A thin film transistor substrate includes: a substrate, a first electrode disposed on the substrate, a bank disposed on the substrate and having an inclined surface inclined at an angle with respect to the substrate, a second electrode disposed on the bank, an active pattern electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode, disposed on the inclined surface, and including a first conductive region and a second conductive region in which impurities are doped, and a channel region between the first conductive region and the second conductive region, and a gate electrode overlapping at least a portion of the channel region of the active pattern. The inclined surface extends in a first direction in a plan view. The first conductive region, the channel region, and the second conductive region are sequentially disposed on the inclined surface along a second direction that crosses the first direction.

Thin film transistor substrate, display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A flexible display device includes a display panel layer, a touch sensing layer, a reflection prevention layer, and a window layer. The touch sensing layer is disposed directly on a first display panel surface, a second display panel surface facing the first display panel surface in a thickness direction, or a second base surface of the reflection prevention layer. The reflection prevention layer is disposed directly on the second display panel surface or a first base surface of the touch sensing layer. A display device may include a substrate, an organic light emitting element on the substrate, a pixel circuit between the substrate and the organic light emitting element, electrically connected to the organic light emitting element, and including a first transistor and a second transistor, a first metal layer between the substrate and the pixel circuit, overlapping the first transistor, and configured to receive a first voltage, and a second metal layer between the substrate and the pixel circuit, overlapping the second transistor, and configured to receive a second voltage different from the first voltage.
