The present disclosure discloses a highly flexible stent which includes a plurality of annular supports arranged in an axial direction. The annular support is formed by a plurality of wave-shaped support units which are connected end to end. The support unit comprises a peak, a valley and a bar connected between the peak and the valley. In two adjacent annular supports, the peaks and the valleys of the support units of different annular supports are connected by first flexible connecting members. The first flexible connecting member further extends to and is wound onto at least one support unit to form a second flexible connecting member. The present disclosure provides a highly flexible stent having good compressibility, delivery compliance, and uniformity of expansion.

Highly flexible stent

The invention discloses a stent graft used for interventional treatment of abdominal aortic disease, comprising a tube body composed of a tubular covering and a plurality of annular stents, and the tube body comprises a first tube body and a second tube body that arranged in sequence from the proximal end to the distal end, wherein the diameter of the first tube body is greater than diameter of the second tube body; the first tube body and the second tube body are connected by a transition section as a whole; the diameter at central part of the transition section is smaller than the diameter of the proximal end of the transition section and the diameter of the distal end of the transition section; a plurality of fenestrations are disposed on the first tube body and the transition section. The invention provides a stent graft having a smaller diameter of the portion near the branch vessels or branch stents after released, and has more space for accommodating branch vessels or branch stents for interventional treatment of abdominal aortic diseases.

A vascular shunt frame with improved apposition including a main body tube; at least one end of the main body tube is provided with a sealing covering; the sealing covering is provided with a main blood flow opening; a shaping component is disposed at the edge of the main blood flow opening. When the main body stent is inserted into the main blood flow opening of the main body tube, the shaping component can be closely attached to the outer surface of the main body stent, such that the sealing covering closely fits the outer surface of the main body stent to prevent endoleaks. A multi-lumen stent graft including a tubular main body stent graft and a tubular connection stent graft; the main body stent graft includes a tubular main body stent; the main body stent includes a tubular main body covering and a main body support frame fixed on a wall of the main body covering; a main lumen and at least one sub lumen are separated axially by a separation covering within the main body stent; in a released state, a proximal end of the connection stent graft and the main lumen at a distal end of the tubular main body stent graft are fitted and connected together. The multi-lumen stent graft is not prone to endoleaks and displacement, which can simplify surgical operations, reduce the difficulty and risk of surgery, and has a wide range of applications.

The left atrial appendage occluder includes a sealing portion and an anchoring portion coupled to the sealing portion. The sealing portion and the anchoring portion abut against each other. A tight connection between the sealing portion and the anchoring portion can be achieved by applying a pre-tightening force, such that the left atrial appendage occluder can be better attached to and occlude the left atrial appendage after being release.

A left atrial appendage (LAA) occluder is provided. The LAA occluder includes a sealing disc and an anchoring device, both of which are mutually connected; a part where an LAA cooperates with the anchoring device is an anchoring net, and the anchoring net is of a backboneless structure. The whole anchoring device is of the backboneless structure. The anchoring device is formed by weaving super elastic metal wires or shape memory alloy wires, a distal end of the anchoring device is opened, and a proximal end of the anchoring device is constricted and is connected with the sealing disc to form a conical net. The distal end of the anchoring device is opened and is rolled towards the proximal end to form the anchoring net, and the anchoring net surrounds the conical net. The anchoring net is connected with the conical net through an arc transition area.

Left atrial appendage occluder

A plastic covered stent for aortic dissection and an aortic dissection stent are disclosed. The plastic covered stent for aortic dissection includes a tubular membrane and multiple annular stents sequentially sutured on the membrane along an axial direction. Part of the annular stents on the membrane are semi-suture stents. Each semi-suture stent has non-suture zones separable from the membrane. When the plastic covered stent is bent, the membrane corresponding to the non-suture zones at an inner bending side of the plastic covered stent is separated from the semi-suture stents and folded inwardly. The semi-suture stents are distributed on a bending portion of the plastic covered stent for aortic dissection after being implanted.

An aortic bare stent and an aortic dissection stent are disclosed. The aortic bare stent is in a tubular net structure, with multiple support stents in circles and arranged along an axial direction. Two adjacent support stents are connected by a connector stent. The connector stent is made of a hyper-elastic material. A flexural rigidity of the connector stent is less than that of the support stent. The support stent is made of a single-strand hyper-elastic nickel titanium wire or formed by cutting a nickel titanium tubing. The connector stent is made of a multi-strand composite wire. The multi-strand composite wire is formed by twisting or weaving multiple strands of filaments, and each strand of filament is independently of a nickel titanium material.

The improved LAA occluder includes a sealing disc and an anchoring device, both of which are mutually connected, At least two flow blocking membranes are arranged in the sealing disc. The anchoring device is formed by weaving metal wires, a distal end of the anchoring device is opened, a proximal end of the anchoring device is constricted and is connected with the sealing disc to form a conical net, the distal end of the anchoring device is opened and is rolled towards the proximal end to form the anchoring net, and the anchoring net surrounds the conical net.
