Disclosed are a three-dimensional ultrasound imaging system and imaging method based on a three-dimensional tracking camera. The system includes: an ultrasound probe used for performing ultrasonic scanning on a region of interest of a target; a two-dimensional ultrasound imaging apparatus used for generating a two-dimensional ultrasound image of the region of interest on the basis of the ultrasound scanning; a three-dimensional spatial information acquisition apparatus, connected to the ultrasound probe and used for acquiring three-dimensional spatial information of the ultrasound probe; and a three-dimensional reconstruction module used for reconstructing a three-dimensional ultrasound image on the basis of the three-dimensional spatial information of the ultrasound probe and the two-dimensional ultrasound image. A three-dimensional ultrasound image can be reconstructed in a flexible, low-cost and small-dimension manner, and interference can be effectively avoided.

Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging method and system based on three-dimensional tracking camera

A method for ultrasound stimulation of spinal cord, the method comprising at least two stimulation cycles, each comprising the steps of: a) obtaining a first real-time spinal cord using a first set of ultrasound transducers; b) selecting a pre-determined stimulation area of the spinal cord from the first real-time spinal cord; c) calculating the position and orientation of the selected stimulation area relative to a second set of ultrasound transducers; and d) stimulating the selected stimulation area of the spinal cord at the calculated relative position and orientation using the second set of ultrasound transducers.

Apparatus and method for ultrasound spinal cord stimulation

A gel pad for facilitating ultrasound scanning between an ultrasound transducer and a skin surface is provided. The gel pad has a first surface being bendable with a small degree and maintained locally flat, and a second surface being more bendable than the first surface for contacting the skin surface. A coupling media is arranged between the first and second surface with a stiffness gradient increasing from the second surface to the first surface. The first surface is capable of facilitating the ultrasound transducer to move swiftly on the gel pad. The second surface is capable of conforming to a non-uniform shape of the skin surface. On the first or second surface, position markers are provided for determining coordinates of the ultrasound transducer, by blocking ultrasound signals from transmitting through the gel pad to generate dark strips or marks in the ultrasound images.

Disclosed in the application is a handheld three-dimensional ultrasound imaging method, comprising using a handheld ultrasound probe to scan a part to be tested; obtaining a three-dimensional position and angle information corresponding to ultrasound images according to a positioning reference device adapted to be arranged on the part to be tested; obtaining a moving distance and a rotation angle of the handheld ultrasound probe according to a material interference of the localization pattern with the ultrasonic signal; extracting information of the localization pattern from the ultrasound image as positioning information; restoring the ultrasound image to a state without interference from the localization pattern; performing 3D image reconstruction and display of the ultrasound image. The large spatial positioning system in an existing three-dimensional ultrasound imaging system is changed into a portable spatial positioning system that can be used at any time, so that handheld three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can be widely applied.

The method comprises the following steps: S1) fixing a subject requiring a brace; S2) acquiring skeletal image information of the subject; S3) determining an adjustment solution for implementing an adjustment with respect to the subject and a target state that is to be achieved ultimately; S4) adjusting the subject to alter the skeletal structure of the subject; S5) acquiring adjusted skeletal image information of the subject; S6) determining whether the skeleton of the subject has been adjusted to the target state; if yes, then terminating adjustment and entering step S7; if not, then returning to step S4; S7) acquiring the body surface three-dimensional shape of the subject having achieved the target state and recording information of the force applied by an adjusting head to the subject for use in manufacturing a corresponding brace; thus allowing the highly efficient designing of a brace.

Disclosed in the application is a handheld three-dimensional ultrasound imaging system and method, comprising a handheld ultrasound probe, used for scanning and obtaining an ultrasound image; a display, control and processing terminal, connected to the handheld ultrasound probe wiredly or wirelessly. The handheld ultrasound imaging system and method of the application further comprises: a handheld three-dimensional spatial positioning system, connected to the handheld ultrasound probe, moving with the movement of the handheld ultrasound probe, connected to the display, control and processing terminal wiredly or wirelessly, and used for independently positioning the three-dimensional position of the handheld ultrasound probe. By means of the handheld three-dimensional ultrasound imaging system and method of the present application, the large spatial positioning system in an existing three-dimensional ultrasound imaging system is changed into a portable spatial positioning system that can be used at any time, so that handheld three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can be widely applied.

The method comprises the following steps: determining a target by identifying target-related position information or characteristic information (S); implementing a two-dimensional scan of the target to collect image data of the target in a three-dimensional space (S); processing, during the scanning, and on a real-time basis, the image data and relevant spatial information to obtain a plurality of image contents of the target, and displaying the image content on a real-time basis (S); and arranging the plurality of image contents in an incremental sequence to form an image of the target (S). The imaging method prevents collection of unusable image information, shortens image data collection time, and increases the speed of an imaging process. An imaging method for obtaining a human skeleton, comprising the following steps: S. determining a target region and fixing an object to be scanned; S. determining an imaging region; S. scanning the target region to obtain a series of section images that record spatial position coordinates and scanning angle of the imaging probe; S. determining the position of bones in a three-dimensional space according to the features reflected on the surfaces of the bones in the section images and the spatial position coordinates and scanning angle of the imaging probe, and obtaining position information of the bones; S. continuously scanning the target region till the position information and section images of the bones in the skeleton in the entire target region are completely collected; and S. displaying the skeleton in the three-dimensional space. By means of the method, the human skeleton structure can be obtained without radiation.

Disclosed is a three-dimensional ultrasound image display method comprising the following steps: S1: obtaining a series of original two-dimensional images having spatial position and angle information by means of automatic or manual scanning; S2: performing image reconstruction on the basis of the original two-dimensional images to obtain three-dimensional volumetric images; S3: obtaining, from the three-dimensional volumetric images, one or more section images intersecting the original two-dimensional images, and obtaining one or more reconstructed two-dimensional images by means of image processing; S4: displaying together the one or more original two-dimensional images and the one or more section images in a three-dimensional space; and S5: selecting and displaying feature points, feature lines, and feature surfaces in the three-dimensional space on the basis of the original two-dimensional volumetric images. The present method provides an efficient and high-precision three-dimensional image display method, which can be widely applied to ultrasound and other three-dimensional imaging modes.

Target-oriented three-dimensional imaging method and system are provided. The method comprises: determining, on a scanning object, a portion comprising a scanning target, forming an existing initial three-dimensional structure of the scanning target; scanning the portion comprising the scanning target to form a series of two-dimensional images with spatial location and orientation information; adjusting the initial three-dimensional structure of the scanning target or the local portion of the scanning target; when the initial three-dimensional structure is scanned over, then performing adjustments according to an image obtained and displaying on a display device. The method and system only require some initial three-dimensional information of an imaging target to be able to use two-dimensional imaging to continuously scan a location of a scanning target, adjust an original shape of the target to obtain an actual size, position, and detail of the target, and form a complete three-dimensional image of the target.

Three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound imaging system for assessing scoliosis

An portable tracking device integrating a mobile phone module (e.g. based on GSM or 3G networks), a GPS module, a radio Beacon and ultrasonic beacon. The tracking device is normally in a hibernated state when the entire device consumes little energy and require no periodically changing or recharging batteries to power the device. It consumes power from the primary battery only when a tracking process is actually taken place. With this portable tracking device on the person who is unable to affirmatively report his or her whereabout, the remote center and/or a search team can communicate the GPS module, radio beacon and ultrasonic beacon of the tracking device via the mobile phone module based on existing wireless communication technologies, such SMS, GPRS, ect, on GSM or 3 G networks, which also serves as a means of initial rough estimation of the tracking device's location.

A method for performing ultrasound imaging and elasticity measurement, the method includes scanning an object to obtain a B-mode ultrasound image, selecting an A-mode signal from the B-mode ultrasound image, transmitting a high frame rate ultrasound signal, by a selected group of ultrasound transducers, at the selected A-mode signal location, forming a transient M-mode image based on the high frame rate ultrasound signal, enhancing propagation trace of shear wave based on the transient M-mode image, calculating elasticity of the object based on the propagation trace and displaying result, and displaying, simultaneously, the B-mode ultrasound image and the transient M-mode measurement result.

Method and apparatus for ultrasound imaging and elasticity measurement

A process for measuring a property of a sample is provided. The sample has an external surface enclosing an inner portion, and firstly, the sample is deformed by applying a predetermined non-contact pressure to deform a portion of the sample. Then a signal, which is at least suitable for transmission over the air, is directed towards the deformed portion of the sample, and further propagates through the external surface and the inner portion of the sample. Then an echoed signal generated by the inner portion of the sample in response to the propagation of the signal is detected; wherein the echoed signal incorporates information relating to a deformation of the inner portion of the sample. The property of the sample is determined from the deformation of the inner portion of the sample.
