This application discloses a foldable box. The foldable box has a box body and a lid, wherein the box body has a base and a pair of opposing first side panels and a pair of opposing second side panels that are foldably connected to the base. One edge of the lid is hinged to the top of the box body. Each of the first side panel, the second side panel and the lid is formed by welding an inner plate and an outer plate, and a thermal insulation layer is arranged between the inner plate and the outer plate. The base has a plate-shaped body and a protruding edge extending upwardly from the circumference of the plate-shaped main body, and a thermal insulation layer is arranged in the plate-shaped body and the protruding edge. The foldable box of the present application can not only realize the folding function, but also has good thermal insulation performance.

Foldable box

A base is provided with a plate-shaped body and two pairs of opposite protrusion edges surrounding the periphery of the plate-shaped body. The two pairs of opposite side plates are hinged to the protrusion edges of the base and are foldable relative to the base. Connecting parts are arranged at the bottom of the side plate, and corresponding base hinging parts are arranged on the protrusion edge of the base, where the connecting parts are hinged to the base hinging parts respectively, thus hinging the side plate to the base. At least one pair of the two pairs of opposite protrusion edges are provided with first closed cavities extending along the length direction of the protrusion edges, and/or the plate-shaped body is provided with second closed cavities, where the second closed cavities protrude from the main surface of the plate-shaped body.

Folding box

Disclosed is a collapsible box, comprising a base () and two pairs of opposite side plates. A protrusion edge () is provided at the periphery of the base (). The side plates are hinged to the base and foldable relative to the base (). Each of the side plates is smooth at both sides thereof and at least one pair of the side plates are each provided with a cavity in lower edges. When a collapsible box () is deployed, the lower edges of one pair of side plate are connected with the lower edges of the other pair of side plates so as to form a frame. The frame is hinged to the base () by means of hinges, so as to form a reinforced structure which resists the base from depressing and the protrusion edge from recessing. This solution increases the cleaning efficiency of the collapsible box, alleviates the depressing of the base when the box body is loaded, and solves the problem of the collision and damage among goods in upper and lower layers due to the depressing of the base due to multi-layer stacking of collapsible boxes. Further, the safety risk in warehouse storage caused by the failure of stacking due to side plate deformation caused by multi-layer stacking of collapsible boxes and side plates being pressed is avoided. Meanwhile the box has a smaller wall thickness and a higher folding ratio.

Collapsable box

A frame and a pallet coaming box, the frame () comprising: two long side plates () and two groups of short side plates () opposite thereto, each group of short side plates () comprising two short side plates (), wherein the two short plates () are capable of being folded over each other, and the long side plates () and the short side plates () that are next to each other are capable of being folded over one another; one of the two short side plates () being provided with at least one first engaging portion (), and the other short side plate being provided with a second engaging portion () matching the first engaging portion; a locking device () being further arranged between the two short side plates (), the locking device () comprising an operating member (), a locking member (), and a locking structure () matching the locking member (); the locking member () being mounted on a short side plate (), the locking structure () being arranged on the other short side plate (), and the operating member () operatively driving the locking member () to mutually lock or separately unlock with the locking structure () so as to lock or unlock the two short side plates (). The frame minimizes outward deformation of side plates caused by engagement, and improves stability of containers during loading, transporting or stacking.

Frame and pallet coaming box

Disclosed is a foldable container (), comprising a base (), side plates () and a small door (). The side plates are connected to the base (). The small door () is arranged on the side plates. The small door () at least comprises a first part (), wherein the width of the first part () gradually reduces from the upper end to the lower end, first meshing portions () are provided on the left end wall and the right wall of the first part (), and first meshing structure () matching the first meshing portions () are provided on the side plates. When the container overall has a full load, the outward deformation of the small door is small when the small door is extruded by goods, thereby saving on conveyance or stacking space of the container, and the reliability of stacking and conveyance is improved.

Foldable container

A folding box (), comprising: a bottom plate (), and a pair of first side plates () and a pair of a second side plates () capable of being folded with respect to the bottom plate (). The first side plates () and the second side plates () are releasably interlocked via a locking mechanism (). The locking mechanism () comprises a handle (), a locking member (), and a guidance feature (). When the first side plates () and the second side plates () are in a locked state, the handle () restricts the position of the locking member (), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (), when the handle () restricts the position of the locking member (), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (), when the handle () moves and provides the locking member () space required for movement of the locking member (), the locking member () cooperates with the guidance feature () to drive the locking member () to move so as to unlock the same. When the folding box is empty and recycled, the side plates are easy and convenient to unlock, and are difficult to be unlocked by an accidental triggering when using.

A lid hanging structure of a container is disclosed in the present invention. The container includes a base, side plates and a lid. the hanging structure includes hanging members and hanging slots, wherein the hanging members are engaged or disengaged with the hanging slots respectively so as to hang the lid on the container or remove the lid from the container, and one of the anging members and the hanging slot is provided on the lid and the other is provided on the side plates. According to the lid hanging structure, it is convenient to remove the lid from the container when necessary. That is to say that, the lid can be removed directly when not in use or in the hanging state, and can be removed by simple operation in the hanging state, so as to reduce the amount of labor, and the structure is simple and the cost is low.
