A multi-degree of freedom (DOF) moving stage includes: an end-effector; three driven links pivotably connected to the end-effector at angular intervals from each other; three driving links pivotably connected to the three driven links, respectively; and three actuators configured to drive the three driving links, respectively. Each of the three driven links includes first to fourth arms arranged at intervals; and a flexible member that connects the first to fourth arms to each other in a parallelogram shape across the intervals and forms pivotable joints at the intervals.

A multi-degree of freedom (DOF) moving stage includes a plurality of joint portions. At least one of the plurality of joint portions has a joint structure including a first flexible member and first and second rigid members, the first and second rigid members being arranged apart from each other with a first gap therebetween such that the first gap exposes a first surface of the first flexible member. Castellated patterns having shapes complementary to each other are respectively provided at a first end portion of the first rigid member adjacent to the first gap and a second end portion of the second rigid member adjacent to the first gap.

Multi-DOF moving stage and display apparatus using the same

The present disclosure relates to a large area organic light emitting diode display and a method for manufacturing the same. A photoresist is deposited across first and second pixel areas of the display. The photoresist is patterned to generate a patterned photoresist by stripping away first portions of the photoresist in the first pixel areas while keeping second portions of the photoresist in the second pixel areas. An organic emission layer is deposited across the first and second pixel areas over the patterned photoresist. An electron transport layer is deposited across the first pixel areas and the second pixel areas over the organic emission layer. Portions of the organic emission layer and the electron transport layer in the second pixel areas are removed by stripping away the second portions of the photoresist while keeping portions of the organic emission layer and the electron transport layer in the first pixel areas.
