The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of fatty acid-based VC liposomes, and belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations. In the disclosure, a complex of industrial conjugated linoleic acid and other fatty acids with sodium dodecyl sulfate is taken as a capsule material, which is self-assembled to embed vitamin C in an aqueous phase under an acidic condition (pH<7) to form the fatty acid-based vitamin C liposome. The preparation method of the disclosure does not use organic solvents and other substances harmful to the human body, and has the characteristics of safety and health. In addition to VC encapsulation under the acidic condition, the prepared fatty acid-based liposome can play a role in slowly releasing VC.

Provided is a calcium-based catalyst and a method for catalytically synthesizing an alkanolamide surfactant thereof. The method includes the preparation of the catalyst, and then catalyzing a reaction of fat and oil, or fatty acid ester and alkanolamine with the catalyst to synthesize a light colored alkanolamide surfactant with less free alkanolamine. The catalyst has a slow release feature, so that late in the reaction, the catalyst still has relatively high catalytic reactivity, guaranteeing a high conversion rate of the alkanolamine into the alkanolamide surfactant, the, product residual quantity of alkanolamine is low, while the risk of nitrosamine production due to product residual alkanolamine is greatly lowered. The disclosure discloses preparation and application of an alkylcyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier, and belongs to the technical field of surfactants. By performing ethylene oxide adducting on alkylcyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether (1-3) and using a strong alkaline suspension dispersed in the solvent and alkylcyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether (1-3) as a catalyst, nonionic surfactants alkylcyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether (5-17) are synthesized. The products all have good characteristics of nonionic surfactants, and contain lower content of polyethylene. The products such as nonylcyclohexanol ethoxylate (7) and nonylcyclohexanol ethoxylate (9) have emulsifying properties similar to the emulsifying property of nonylphenol ethoxylate (10), and therefore can substitute for nonylphenol ethoxylate (10) as an emulsifier.

The present invention discloses a method for preparing glucosyl steviol glycosides through enzymatic catalysis under programming temperatures in high throughput, belonging to the technical field of biosynthesis of sweeteners. By using cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase fromsp. as a catalyst, steviol glycosides as the glycosyl receptor and dextrin or oligosaccharide as the glycosyl donor, taking a calcium/barium ion salt bridge as the main stabilizer and combining with glycerol to adjust the conformation and binding domain openness of the enzyme, and utilizing transglucosylation and hydrolytic activities of amylase at variable temperatures in different stages, thereby preparing the glucosyl steviol glycosides through enzymatic catalysis under programming temperatures in high throughput. The technology of the present invention can improve the utilization rate of the enzyme, and obtain glucosyl steviol glycosides with good sweetness and good taste.

High-throughput enzymatic preparation of glucosylated steviol glycosides under programming temperatures

The present invention discloses a method for preparing lower graft degree GSGs, and belongs to the technical field of biosynthesis of sweeteners. The method uses amylase to catalyze hydrolysis of GSGs with a high graft degree, thereby obtaining GSGs with low graft degree mainly containing GSGs with a low grafting number. The content of mono- and di-glucosyl substituents in the SGs in the product was 60% or more of the total glycosides, and the mass percent of the GSGs with a glucosyl grafting number of 3 or less was higher than 70% of the total glycosides. The mono- and di-substituted GSGs obtained by enzyme catalysis by the present invention were structurally similar to those, belong to a mixture of the isomers thereof, and have good sweetness and a flavoring function.

Method for the preparation of lower graft degree glucosylated steviol glycosides

This disclosure provides a method for stabilizing both lipase and protease in liquid enzymatic laundry detergent, comprising steps of: first, self-assembling conjugated linoleic acid with protease and lipase, respectively, to form vesicles encapsulated protease and vesicles encapsulated lipase at a low Caconcentration; then, mixing the solution of vesicles encapsulated protease and the solution of vesicles encapsulated lipase, and then partially cross-linking conjugated linoleic acid molecules on the vesicles' surface. The obtained enzyme vesicles, after being concentrated, can be used directly in liquid laundry detergent. The lipase in the liquid laundry detergent will not be degraded by protease, and the enzymes in vesicles are able to resist against surfactant inhibition. Thus, the enzyme activities can be maintained in the liquid laundry detergent, and the enzymatic vesicles will be broken to release enzymes, when the liquid laundry detergent is used at a higher Caconcentration such as in tap water.

Method for stabilizing both lipase and protease in liquid enzymatic laundry detergent

The present invention provides a method to produce RD by using a cutinase to catalyze the esterification of RB under stepwise cooling temperatures, which is related to the field of biosynthesis of organic compounds. The method uses a cutinase fromto catalyze the esterification of RB and sophorose to produce RD. The stepwise cooling temperatures are used to reduce the heat inactivation of the enzyme as well as to improve the mass transfer. The method catalyzes the esterification of RB to produce RD in a solvent such as methanol, DMSO and DMF. The reaction is safe, efficient and highly selective. In addition, the method uses stepwise additions of substrate RB and cooling temperatures for the esterification reaction. In this way, it speeds up the initial reaction rate, increases the amount of solved RB as it is converted to RD, and improves the mass transfer to further increase the reaction speed. In summary, the method uses moderate reaction conditions, and has a high yield and a simple purification procedure.
