Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a display device and a method for driving the same and, specifically, may stably supply current to the driving voltage line by controlling the output current by the first gain when the difference in magnitude between the sensing current and the target current is larger than the reference data and controlling the output current by the second gain when the difference in magnitude between the sensing current and the target current is the reference data or less.

An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided that includes a display panel, a first source printed circuit board connected to the display panel in a first direction, and including a first memory disposed in an area of first source printed circuit board, a second source printed circuit board connected to the display panel in the first direction, and a control printed circuit board disposed between the first source printed circuit board and the second source printed circuit board, and connected to each of the first source printed circuit board and the second source printed circuit board. Here, a direction in which the control printed circuit board and the first source printed circuit board are connected and a direction in which the control printed circuit board and the second source printed circuit board are connected are a second direction different from the first direction.

Organic light emitting display apparatus

Disclosed is an organic light emitting display apparatus. The organic light emitting display apparatus outputs black gate pulses for a black image and sensing gate pulses for sensing in a vertical blank period and differently sets timings, at which the sensing gate pulses are output after the black gate pulses are output, for each gate line.

A display device includes a switching circuit; a sub-pixel having a driving transistor and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) with an anode connected to the driving transistor; a driving voltage supply line to supply a driving voltage to the OLED through the driving transistor; a base voltage supply line connected to a cathode of the OLED through the switching circuit; a ground line to supply a ground voltage to the switching circuit; a first capacitor between the driving voltage supply line and the ground line; and a second capacitor between the base voltage supply line and the ground line. The switching circuit selectively supplies one of a first level voltage and a second level voltage as the base voltage, and the second level voltage is higher than the first level voltage at the ground voltage.

Display device and printed circuit board for supplying voltage to the display device

There are provided a source driver integrated circuit, a controller, an organic light emitting display panel, an organic light emitting display device, and a method for driving the organic light emitting display device. Thus, it is possible to provide a structure in which different sensing components configured to sense sub-pixel characteristics can sense characteristics of the same sub-pixel together, and the structure enables more accurate recognition of a sensing difference between the sensing components on the basis of sensing values obtained from the respective sensing components and the sensing difference to be corrected using the recognized sensing difference. Thus, an image quality can be improved.
