The variable pitch mechanism includes a variable pitch bearing and a driving gear, the variable pitch bearing includes an outer ring of the bearing fixed to the hub and an inner ring of the bearing connected to the blade, the variable pitch mechanism further includes a flange mounted on the hub, the driving gear is mounted on the flange and engages with the teeth on the inner ring of the bearing, and the mounting position of the flange on the hub is adjustable along a circumferential direction of the variable pitch bearing.

Variable pitch mechanism and wind turbine

Provided is a pitch apparatus of a wind turbine. The wind turbine includes a wheel hub and multiple blades. The pitch apparatus includes a pitch bearing, a transmission element and a driving mechanism for driving the transmission element. The pitch bearing includes a bearing inner race and a bearing outer race. The bearing inner race is fixedly connected to the blade; the bearing outer race is fixedly connected to the wheel hub. The transmission element is driven by the driving mechanism, and drives the blade and the bearing inner race to rotate relative to the wheel hub. A load level of ultimate bending moment for a blade root and a safety factor of the pitch apparatus increase, failure risks of the pitch bearing, bolts and the transmission belt are reduced. A bolt and a method for manufacturing the bolt are provided. The bolt includes a screw cap and a bolt bar, the bolt bar includes a positioning bar, a flexible bar and a threaded portion, the positioning bar is connected to one end of the screw cap, and the flexible bar is connected to the positioning bar and the threaded portion respectively. Wherein, an anti-shearing stand is formed on the flexible bar. The threaded portion includes standard threads and transition threads, the transition threads are formed between the flexible bar and the standard threads, and a thread height of the transition threads is smaller than a thread height of the standard threads, wherein the thread height of the standard threads keeps constant. The force distribution of the threads can be optimized, and the threads can effectively cooperate with the threads of the nut.

Disclosed is a bearing limiting system. The limiting system comprises a limiting bulge formed integrally with a shaft, a bearing inner race, and an acting force conduction part, wherein the acting force conduction part is arranged between the limiting bulge and the bearing inner race, and the inner diameter of the bearing inner race is larger than the outer diameter of the limiting bulge. The bearing limiting system is convenient in installation, can realize the effective limiting of a bearing inner race while not affecting either the strength of the shaft or the assembly and disassembly of the bearing, and is especially suitable for a bearing with a long shaft.
