A first base station may perform a method for controlling handover of a terminal. The method may include setting a handover parameter that is determined based on a handover policy and transmitting a message including the handover parameter to the terminal. The handover parameter includes a service parameter. The service parameter is used when determining a handover condition of the terminal in order to induce handover from the first base station to the second base station according to the handover policy.

Method of controlling handover

To provide a content provision service to a user in conjunction with an end terminal and a P2P management server, a request for content is received based on a content name input from a user. It is checked whether the content corresponding to the content name is stored or not, and if the content is not stored, the content name is transmitted to the P2P management server to request content location information. Upon receiving the content location information from the P2P management server, a request for the content is sent to an adjacent content providing device listed in the content location information. Then, the content is received from the adjacent content providing device and provided to the user.

System and method for providing content-centric services using ultra-peer

Mobile P2P system includes mobile tracker node and super peer node. Mobile tracker node is located in dedicated wired network operating in conjunction with internet network to which plurality of peer nodes are connected, and manages information of plurality of mobile peer nodes connected to wireless access network. Peer list containing information on one or more peer nodes having content queried by plurality of mobile peer nodes is transmitted to mobile peer nodes, one or more peer nodes including mobile peer nodes and peer nodes on internet network. Super peer node is connected to mobile tracker node via wires, and located for each wireless access network. Super peer node forwards content query received from mobile peer nodes to the mobile tracker node, and receives the queried content from the peer nodes in the peer list received from the mobile tracker node and transmits the same to the mobile peer nodes.
