A high-strength Portland cement slurry for ultra-high-temperature cementing, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. In parts by weight, the composition of the cement slurry comprises: 100 parts of Portland cement, 4-6 parts of a high temperature anti-cracking material, 80-105 parts of a high-temperature reinforcing material, 70-78 parts of water, 0.5-1.5 parts of a dispersant, 1-3 parts of a fluid loss reducer, 0.5-2.5 parts of a retarder and 0.2-0.5 parts of a defoamer; the high-temperature reinforcing material is a combination of acid-washed quartz sand, metakaolin and aluminum sulfate, a combination of acid-washed quartz sand, metakaolin, feldspar and sodium sulfate, or a combination of acid-washed quartz sand, metakaolin, feldspar and calcium nitrite. The cement slurry has good settling stability, rapid strength development in low temperatures, high compressive strength of cement stone at a high temperature of 600° C., and stable development of long-term high-temperature compressive strength.

High-strength Portland cement slurry for ultra-high temperature cementing, preparation method therefor and application thereof

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of oil and gas field exploitation, in particular to an early strength material suitable for a cement slurry system, a cement slurry composition, a cement slurry system, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The early strength material contains an aluminum salt, a sodium salt, crystal whiskers, an inorganic mineral and dispersing agent I, wherein the weight ratio of the aluminum salt, the sodium salt, the crystal whiskers, the inorganic mineral and dispersing agent I is (1-3):(1-3):(1-4):(1-8):1. The early strength material provided by the present invention has both high-temperature retarding performance and low-temperature early strength performance; meanwhile, while satisfying well cementing, the cement slurry system prepared from the cement slurry composition containing the early strength material can prolong thickening time of cement slurry under a high-temperature condition, can prevent ultra-retarding of top cement slurry under a low-temperature condition and has increased early strength.

Cement slurry system, preparation method therefor and use thereof

An ultra-high temperature resistant cement slurry system comprising cement, an ultra-high temperature strength stabilizer, an ultra-high temperature reinforcing material, a density regulator, an ultra-high temperature suspension stabilizer, a dispersant, a fluid loss additive, a retarder, a defoaming agent and water, wherein the ultra-high temperature suspension stabilizer comprises an ether-based starch, an aluminosilicate and a polyalcohol polymer. The method for preparing the cement slurry system includes dry mixing and wet mixing raw materials homogeneously, respectively, and then homogeneously mixing the dry mix and wet mix to obtain the cement slurry system. The cement slurry system can be used for cementing in deep wells and ultra-deep wells at high and ultra-high temperatures.

Ultra-high temperature resistant cement slurry system for cementing and preparation method and use thereof

A well cementing method is described for improving cementing quality by controlling the hydration heat of cement slurry. By controlling the degree and/or rate of hydration heat release from cement slurry, the method improves the hydration heat release during formation of cement with curing of cement slurry, improves the binding quality between the cement and the interfaces, and in turn improves the cementing quality at the open hole section and/or the overlap section. The cementing method improves cementing quality of oil and gas wells and reduces the risk of annular pressure.

Well cementing method for improving well cementing quality by controlling hydration heat of cement slurry

The invention provides a high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry and a production method thereof. The high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of an oil well Portland cement, 60-85 parts of a high temperature reinforcing material, 68-80 parts of fresh water, 1-200 parts of a density adjuster, 0.1-1.5 parts of a suspension stabilizer, 0.8-1.5 parts of a dispersant, 3-4 parts of a fluid loss agent, 0-3 parts of a retarder and 0.2-0.8 part of a defoamer. The high temperature resistant Portland cement slurry has a good sedimentation stability at normal temperature, and develops strength rapidly at a low temperature. The compressive strength is up to 40 MPa or more at a high temperature of 350&#xb0; C., and the long-term high-temperature compressive strength develops stably without degradation. Therefore, it can meet the requirements for field application in heavy oil thermal recovery wells, reaching the level of Grade G Portland cement for cementing oil and gas wells.

High temperature resistant Portland cement slurry and production method thereof

A well cementation working solution prepared from red mud, slag and waste drilling fluids. The working solution is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of waste drilling fluids, 50-100 parts of slag, 5-50 parts of red mud, 4-7 parts of a suspension stabilizer, 1-7 parts of an activating aid, 0.5-5 parts of an anti-pollution agent and 0.4-3.5 parts of a diluent. The waste drilling fluids are waste waterborne drilling fluids. The slag is blast furnace slag or vanadium-titanium slag. The suspension stabilizer is sodium bentonite, carboxymethyl cellulose or a mixture of sodium bentonite and carboxymethyl cellulose. The activating aid is sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, sodium carbonate or a mixture of sodium metasilicate nonahydrate and sodium carbonate. The anti-pollution agent is sodium salicylate, potassium citrate or a mixture of sodium salicylate and potassium citrate. The diluent is sodium lignin sulfonate.

Well cementation working solution prepared from red mud, slag and waste drilling fluids

A method for evaluating the breakage strength of first and second cemented surfaces of well cementation under a dynamic load, includes: producing a rock-set cement-casing composite structure sample; clamping the sample between an incident rod and an output rod of a Hopkinson rod, hitting the incident rod with a conical punch to generate incident waves, enabling the incident waves to pass through the sample to generate reflected waves and projected waves, recording dynamic strain signals of incident waves, reflected waves and projected waves, and converting the dynamic strain signals into electrical signals and transmitting the electrical signals to a computer; recording the process and the corresponding time point from breakage starting to a complete breakage of the first and second cemented surfaces by a photographic instrument; obtaining a strain rate time travel curve and a stress-strain curve, and obtaining the corresponding breakage strength by analyzing the curve peak points.
