A display substrate and a mask plate assembly includes a base substrate, a pixel defining layer, a functional layer, a cathode layer, and a covering layer that are sequentially stacked in a direction away from the base substrate, wherein the size of orthographic projection of the functional layer on the base substrate is jointly determined by the size of a display area and a first minimum distance. The first minimum distance is the minimum distance in a direction from the display area to a non-display area and between the boundary of the display area and the boundary of the functional layer, and is determined by a first shadow width of the functional layer extending from the display area to the non-display area. The first shadow width is the maximum width of a shadow area formed within a preset region when the functional layer is vapor deposited in the preset region.

Display substrate and mask plate assembly

A display motherboard and a manufacturing method of a display substrate are provided. The display motherboard includes: a substrate including a valid area and an edge area, the valid area including a plurality of panel areas and a to-be-cut area, and the panel area including a display area and a frame area; multiple first power lines in each display area and the edge area and extending along a first direction; multiple first display electrodes in each display area and multiple virtual electrodes in the edge area, the first display electrodes and the virtual electrodes being in the same layer; wherein an orthographic projection of each first display electrode on the substrate overlaps an orthographic projection of at most one first power line on the substrate, and an orthographic projection of each virtual electrode on the substrate overlaps orthographic projections of at least two first power lines on the substrate.

Display motherboard and method for manufacturing display substrate

An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a gate line; a data line; a voltage supply line; and a pixel driving circuit. The pixel driving circuit includes a plurality of transistors and a storage capacitor. The storage capacitor includes a first capacitor electrode, a second capacitor electrode, and an insulating layer between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode. The second capacitor electrode is electrically connected to the voltage supply line. The second capacitor electrode includes a first portion and a second portion as parts of a first unitary structure in a respective subpixel. The voltage supply line crosses over the first portion by a first crossing-over distance. The data line crosses over the second portion by a second crossing-over distance. The first crossing-over distance is greater than the second crossing-over distance.
