A crop row detection device and a navigation method fusing satellite positioning, including a bracket, a buffer mechanism and a angle sensing mechanism; both a left side and a right side of a front end of the bracket are rotatably connected with a support bar respectively; and the other end of each support bar is hingedly connected with linkage bars and collision plates; the buffer mechanism is arranged on the bracket; and the other ends of two linkage bars are rotatably connected onto the buffer mechanism respectively; angle sensing mechanism is arranged onto a rear end of the bracket; and other ends of two collision plates are rotatably connected onto the angle sensing mechanism; and upon the collision plates colliding crop rows and deflecting, the angle sensing mechanism is capable of triggering an action of an angle sensor.

A seed-on-paper-band packaging machine includes: a seed delivery mechanism, including a seed filling assembly and an air-suction-type seed metering device connected sequentially, a plurality of suction holes are arranged on an outer wall of the seed metering device at equal intervals along a circumferential direction thereof; a seed metering baffle is arranged on one side of the suction hole at a lowest point of the seed metering device facing the rotating direction thereof, to block seeds and reduce a speed of the seeds in a horizontal direction to zero; a paper-band releasing and collecting mechanism, a paper-band glue spraying and sealing mechanism, a seed-on band drawing mechanism and a frame.

A device for monitoring seeding and a method thereof, including a monitoring sensor and an algorithm control module, wherein the monitoring sensor includes a first sensor-channel emitting end, a first sensor-channel receiving end, a second sensor-channel emitting end and a second sensor-channel receiving end, and are arranged, in a two-channel opposite-emission photoelectric induction mode, on two sides of a seed belt, respectively; and the algorithm control module is configured to perform counting of seeding, reseeding and missed seeding, monitoring of seed deficiency and seed blockage according to a duration time of a first low level and an interval time of two adjacent falling edges of signals of the two sensor-channels; further, to perform monitoring of a rotating speed of a motor according to an interval time of two adjacent falling edges of signals of the second sensor-channel.

Device for monitoring seeding and method thereof

A directional garlic seed throwing mechanism includes a base, a rotating device, a vision sensor, a seed throwing guide plate, a seed guide pipe and a plurality of bulbil adjusting devices. The rotating device includes a rotating motor detachably connected to the base and a turntable connected to an output end of the rotating motor. The seed throwing guide plate is arranged on the turntable to enable garlic seeds of seed containing bowls to fall into the seed guide pipe. The seed guide pipe has an upper port right below the bulbil adjusting devices and arranged on the base. An even number of the bulbil adjusting devices are fixed on the turntable uniformly and symmetrically and include the seed containing bowls and bulbil direction control devices for driving the bowls to rotate 180 degrees.
