A sound device including a transducer, a housing accommodating the transducer, the transducer having a front chamber and a back chamber that face each other with respect to the transducer, and a microphone disposed inside the front chamber. The housing includes a speaker hole located at an outer surface of the housing at a portion of the front chamber, an air hole located at the outer surface of the housing at a rear portion of the back chamber, and an inner space configured to allow air passing through the air hole to flow into the front chamber therethrough independent of the back chamber. The transducer outputs sound based on sound information received by the microphone.

In order to control the output in a low-pitched sound domain zone or a specific frequency domain zone of an earphone, provided is an earphone comprising: a driver unit; a housing forming an electric component part so as to load the driver unit; a groove formed along a first path on the inner surface of the housing; a pipeline damper covering the inner surface of the housing so as to form a pipeline along the groove; a first external base hole formed in the housing at a first point of the pipeline; and an internal base hole formed in the pipeline damper at a second point of the pipeline.

Earphone with a pipeline damper

An earphone capable of making it easy to remove foreign substances that have accumulated on a nozzle portion and easy to control sound characteristics thereof is provided. The earphone includes a driver, a housing defining an electrical component mount on which the driver is mounted, a nozzle portion provided at one end of the housing and defining therein a nozzle hole communicating with the electrical component mount, a nozzle cap detachably coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle portion, and a nozzle mesh provided at the nozzle cap so as to cover the nozzle hole, wherein the nozzle cap serves to decrease output in a second peak region in a graph of output over frequency for the earphone and to increase a fourth peak region or expand a bandwidth of the fourth peak region in the graph.

Earphone

An ear unit and a portable sound device having the same are provided. The ear unit includes a driver unit, an ear housing configured to form an electric part in which the driver unit is mounted and including a bass hole and a flat hole formed in a first surface of the electric part, a rotator including a second surface opposite the first surface and rotatably coupled to the ear housing, and an opening/closing hole provided in the second surface of the rotator to open or close the bass hole or the flat hole according to rotation of the rotator. The flat hole is connected to an inner hole formed in one position inside the first surface so as to form a duct.
