Disclosed are an oil separation apparatus () and a horizontal vortex compressor () comprising the oil separation apparatus (). The oil separation apparatus () comprises a support () and a filter member (), wherein the support () is generally cylindrical and comprises a cylindrical wall (), the filter member () is arranged on the cylindrical wall (), and the cylindrical wall () is provided with an opening () used for working fluid to pass through; and the filter member () is generally cylindrical, and comprises an inner and an outer holding member () holding inner and outer contours of the filter member () and end holding members () provided on axial ends of the filter member (). The oil separation apparatus () can increase the oil level of lubricating oil in the compressor (), reducing disturbance in an oil tank and reducing oil circulation efficiency.

Oil separation apparatus and horizontal compressor

A pump mechanism for a horizontal compressor comprises: a partition plate disposed in a housing of the horizontal compressor to separate an oil compartment from a motor compartment provided with a motor; and a pump assembly including a first pump and a second pump located in the oil compartment. The first pump sucks oil from the motor compartment to the oil compartment. The second pump delivers the oil from the oil compartment to a lubrication channel inside a rotary shaft. The partition plate is made from a flat plate, and includes: a plate main body extending in a vertical direction; and a flange portion extending from the peripheral edge of the plate main body in an axial direction and secured to the housing. A horizontal compressor including the pump mechanism is also provided.

A scroll compressor is provided, including: a compression mechanism, a driving mechanism, a suction fitting and a lubrication system. The compression mechanism is adapted to compress working fluid and includes a movable scroll component, a fixed scroll component and a suction window, the working fluid flows into the compression mechanism via the suction window. The driving mechanism includes a driving shaft and is adapted to drive the compression mechanism. The working fluid flows into the scroll compressor via the suction fitting and then flow into the compression mechanism. The lubrication system includes a lubricant source and a compression mechanism oil supply device adapted to supply the lubricant to the compression mechanism from the lubricant source. The compression mechanism oil supply device has an oil supply passage and an outflow opening of the oil supply passage is located between an opening of the suction fitting and the suction window.
