Aerosol generating device

The present application discloses a heater and a smoking set including the heater. The heater includes: a base, having an inner surface and an outer surface; an infrared radiation layer, formed on the surface of the base; the infrared radiation layer is configured to generate infrared rays and at least heat an aerosol-forming matrix by radiation; a heating body arranged at the periphery of the base, and used to receive electric power from a power supply to generate heat. The heating body is configured to transfer the heat to heat the infrared radiation layer to generate the infrared rays. According to the present application, the infrared radiation layer is heated up by the heating body so that the infrared radiation layer generates infrared radiation to heat the aerosol-forming matrix, thereby reducing the preheating time of the aerosol-forming matrix and improving the user experience.

Heater and smoking device including the heater

A vapor generation device and an infrared emitter is provided. The vapor generation device includes a housing, where the housing is internally provided with: a cavity, configured to receive an inhalable material; an infrared emitter, including an infrared emission material, where the infrared emission material is configured to heat the inhalable material by radiating an infrared ray; a temperature sensing material, formed on the infrared emitter and insulated from the infrared emission material, where the temperature sensing material has a positive or negative resistance-temperature coefficient; and a circuit, configured to obtain a resistance value of the temperature sensing material and determine a temperature of the infrared emitter from the resistance value. The temperature of the infrared emitter can be determined by printing or depositing a temperature sensing material with a temperature sensor function on the infrared emitter itself and detecting the resistance of the temperature sensing material.

Vapor generation device and infrared emitter

A vapor generation device and a susceptor thereof are disclosed. The susceptor is in a blade shape extending in an axial direction of a cavity, and includes: a first part having a first size in a thickness direction, and a second part having a second size in the thickness direction, the second size being greater than the first size. An accommodation cavity extending in the axial direction is further arranged in the second part, and the accommodation cavity is configured to accommodate or encapsulate a temperature sensor that senses a temperature of the susceptor. The vapor generation device and the susceptor of this application encapsulates or accommodates the temperature sensor in the susceptor. Hence, a sensing part may be basically insulated from the impact of the magnetic field, and the susceptor and the temperature sensor may be integrated to increase stability of mounting and accuracy of temperature detecting.

The aerosol generating device includes a first part, having a chamber configured for receiving a smokable material, and a heating element. The first part includes a gap, through which the heating element can be cleaned. In the direction of the cross section of the first part, connecting lines from the center of the heating element to two ends of the gap form an included angle of less than 90 degrees. A second part is removably connected to the first part, which is arranged to close or open the gap by being connected to the first part or removed from the first part. In the open state, a user can extend a brush, scraper, etc. into the chamber by means of the gap to clean the heating element.

The e-cigarette vaporizer includes an outer housing including an open end and an end cap arranged at the open end, where a liquid storage cavity and a sealing base configured to seal the liquid storage cavity are provided in the outer housing; a sealing ring is arranged between the end cap and the outer housing; a vaporization cavity is provided between the sealing ring and the sealing base, and the liquid substrate is vaporized in the vaporization cavity to generate aerosol released to the vaporization cavity; and a plurality of liquid storage grooves configured to adsorb and hold aerosol condensate are provided in the vaporization cavity. The e-cigarette vaporizer uses the liquid storage groove for absorbing the condensate through the capillary action, and prevents the condensate from being taken out along with inhaling airflow during inhaling.

The present invention provides an atomizing assembly and an electronic cigarette. The atomizing assembly includes a base and an atomizing core. A liquid storing cavity is disposed inside the base to store liquid tobacco. The atomizing core includes a body and a heater. An atomizing channel is opened and disposed to penetrate through the body. The heater is disposed on an inner wall of the atomizing channel. The body is made from porous materials. An outer sidewall of the body includes at least an absorbing face. A liquid conducting hole or a plurality of liquid conducting holes is opened and disposed on the absorbing face and extends into a wall of the body from the absorbing face. A contact area between the liquid tobacco and the absorbing face is large to facilitate control of an amount of conducted liquid tobacco.

The heat-not-burn tobacco device comprises: a housing; a heating assembly, which is provided inside of the housing and comprises a heating chamber that extends along the axial direction and that is used to contain an aerosol-generating substrate; a containing cavity, which is located at one end of the heating assembly and is in communication with the heating chamber; a moving member, which is removably connected on the housing and comprises an insertion box that can be inserted into the containing cavity, at least part of the insertion box being axially aligned with the heating chamber so as to receive residue formed inside of the heating chamber. The heat-not-burn tobacco device facilitates the cleaning of residue generated by heating an aerosol-generating substrate.

The present application provides an aerosol generating device, which comprises: a chamber, configured to receive a smokable material and maintain a gap with an outer sidewall of the smokable material; a heating element, configured to heat the smokable material removably received in the chamber when in use; at least one spacer, at least partially extending into the gap, so as to prevent air in the chamber from escaping from the chamber through the gap, or prevent the air in the gap from entering the smokable material through an end of the smokable material received in the chamber.

A smoking article comprises a smoke generating section, having a tube wall and a tube cavity; the tube cavity being configured to contain the aerosol-forming matrix; an infrared radiation layer, being formed on at least part of the inner surface of the tube wall; the infrared radiation layer being configured to be heated by the smoking set to generate infrared rays and at least heat the aerosol-forming matrix by radiation. The infrared radiation layer is arranged on the inner surface of the tube wall, so that the infrared radiation layer is heated by the smoking set to generate infrared rays and at least heat the aerosol-forming matrix by radiation. The infrared rays have relatively long wavelength, and they can penetrate substance and 'resonate' with molecules and atoms inside the substance and produce strong vibration and rotation, so that the temperature of the substance rises to achieve the purpose of heating.

An aerosol-generating device comprises an infrared emitter and an electric core for supplying power to the infrared emitter, the infrared emitter comprises at least one first infrared emission region and at least one second infrared emission region arranged in sequence along the circumferential direction of the chamber; the first infrared emission region and the second infrared emission region are independently activatable to independently radiate infrared rays into the chamber to heat different portions of the smokable material. In the above aerosol-generating device, the regions of the smokable material receiving chamber which are different along the circumferential direction correspond to the first infrared emission region and the second infrared emission region, respectively, and can be independently heated by the first infrared emission region and the second infrared emission region, respectively, in use, so that the smokable material can be gradually heated from part to whole in use.

The aerosol generation device can shield the vacuum heat insulator from the magnetic field as far as possible.

When the base assembly is in a first state that the base is detachably connected with the housing, at least a part of the base and the atomizing core are accommodated in the receiving cavity from the open end, and the atomizing core is in fluid communication with the oil storage cavity.
