An electronic apparatus includes a display module having non-folding areas and a folding area folded along a virtual folding axis, a lower plate which is disposed on a lower portion of the display module and in which lower openings overlapping the folding area are defined, and a digitizer including a first cover layer disposed on a lower portion of the lower plate, first sensing coils, second sensing coils insulated from the first sensing coils, a second cover layer, and a base layer. Each of the first cover layer, the first sensing coils, the second sensing coils, and the second cover layer does not overlap the folding area, and the base layer is exposed by the first cover layer and the second cover layer in the folding area.

A display device includes a folding area and a non-folding area divided into a first non-folding area and a second non-folding area spaced apart in a first direction with the folding area therebetween. The display device includes a display module, a window on a first surface of the display module, and a support plate on a second surface of the display module. At least one of the window and the support plate includes a folding part corresponding to the folding area and including a plurality of first sub film layers stacked in the first direction, and a non-folding part corresponding to the non-folding area and including second sub film layers stacked in the first direction. A second sub film layer of the second sub film layers has a storage modulus larger than a storage modulus of a first sub film layer of the plurality of first sub film layers.

Display device and electronic device including the same

A display device includes a display panel foldable about a folding axis, a window on the display panel, a protective film on the window, and a plurality of adhesive layers between the window and the protective film. The adhesive layers include a first adhesive layer on the window and a second adhesive layer on the first adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer includes a side chain crystalline polymer, and the second adhesive layer has a modulus smaller than a modulus of the first adhesive layer.

An electronic apparatus includes a display panel including non-folding areas arranged in a first direction and a folding area between the first and second non-folding areas, and a digitizer disposed under the display panel, where the digitizer includes base layers each including non-folding parts and a folding part in which holes are defined, a first group coil including first to fourth sensing coils each having first and second portions overlapping the non-folding parts and a third portion overlapping the folding part and surrounding a portion of each of corresponding holes of the holes, and a second group coil insulated from the first group coil, where two or fewer third portions are disposed in a same layer between holes adjacent to each other in a second direction crossing the first direction among the holes.

A foldable window includes a first film having a modulus, a second film which faces the first film, is closer to a display panel of the display device than the first film and has a modulus, and an adhesive layer which is between the first film and the second film, bonds the first film to the second film. The modulus of the first film and the modulus of the second film are both equal to or more than about 7 gigapascals.

Foldable window and display device including the same

A digitizer includes a folding area a non-folding area. The digitizer includes a first base layer, a second base layer disposed on the first base layer, a third base layer disposed on the second base layer, a first sensing line disposed between the first base layer and the second base layer, and a second sensing line substantially perpendicular to the first sensing line, disposed between the second base layer and the third base layer, and including a first sub-line portion and a second sub-line portion disposed in the non-folding area, and a third sub-line portion disposed between the first sub-line portion and the second sub-line portion and corresponding to the folding area. Digitizer and display device including the same

Provided is an electronic apparatus including a window, a display panel disposed below the window, a digitizer disposed below the display panel and including a first surface and a second surface opposing the first surface, a first adhesive layer disposed on the first surface, and a second adhesive layer disposed below the second surface, wherein the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are two-time-cured. Accordingly, an electronic apparatus having improved folding and viewability properties may be provided.

A liquid crystal display includes a liquid crystal display panel including pixels and a backlight unit disposed at a rear side of the liquid crystal display panel to supply first and second color lights having different wavelengths to the liquid crystal display panel. In each pixel, first and second color filters having first and second colors different from each other are sequentially arranged in a first direction. Each pixel also includes a first open portion allowing the first and second color filters to be spaced apart from each other in the first direction and a second open portion allowing the second color filter to be spaced apart from a color filter of an adjacent pixel in the first direction. The backlight unit supplies the first and second color lights to the liquid crystal display panel during first and second sub-fields obtained by dividing a frame.
