The liquid injection hole includes a first inlet and a first outlet, the first cap assembly includes a first blocking member, the first blocking member is disposed between the first outlet and the electrode assembly, and the first blocking member at least partially blocks the first outlet

Power battery and battery module

The disclosure relates to a power battery and a battery module. The power battery includes: a case including two openings opposite to each other; an electrode assembly formed by winding a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet, and a separator disposed around a winding axis, the electrode assembly being disposed in the case, and two opposite ends of the electrode assembly along the winding axis being respectively disposed corresponding to the two openings; a first cap assembly covering one of the two openings, the first cap assembly including a liquid injection hole communicating with an interior of the case; a second cap assembly covering the other opening, the second cap assembly including a through hole communicating with the interior of the case; in a length direction, the liquid injection hole and the through hole are located on a same side of a central axis of the case.

The present disclosure provides a secondary battery, which includes an electrode assembly, a case, a cap assembly and a first insulating tape. The electrode assembly comprises an electrode unit. The electrode unit comprises a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate and a separator. The electrode unit is a winding structure and in a flat shape, and an outermost turn of the negative electrode plate is positioned at an outer side of an outermost turn of the positive electrode plate. The case comprises a first side wall and an accommodating cavity, the electrode assembly is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, the case is electrically connected with the positive electrode plate, and the cap assembly is connected with the case. The first insulating tape is positioned between the electrode assembly and the first side wall and closely attached to an outer surface of the electrode assembly.

Secondary battery

The present disclosure relates to a secondary battery and a battery module. The secondary battery includes: a casing including a receiving cavity and an opening which is in communication with the receiving cavity; an electrode assembly housed in the casing; a first top cover plate, which covers the opening and is connected with the casing, the first top cover plate including an insertion portion extending into the casing and an exposed portion disposed outside the casing; and a sealing member; the casing is provided with a first through hole, the insertion portion is provided with a second through hole, the second through hole includes an inlet which is in communication with the first through hole and an outlet which is in communication with the receiving cavity, and the sealing member is connected to the casing and seals the first through hole.

Secondary battery and battery module

The present disclosure relates to a secondary battery and a manufacturing method of the secondary battery, and the secondary battery includes a case; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the case and including a main body and a tab connected to the main body; a cap plate, coupled to the case; an electrode terminal, located on an outer side of the cap plate and provided with a through hole; and a current collecting member, including an extending portion and a connecting portion connected to the extending portion, wherein the connecting portion is located on an inner side of the cap plate and is directly connected to the tab, and the extending portion is adapted to extend toward the electrode terminal and protrude into the through hole, and is connected to the electrode terminal. The configuration of the secondary battery of the present disclosure is conducive to improving an energy density.

Secondary battery and method of manufacturing the secondary battery

The present disclosure relates to a cap assembly and a power battery. The cap assembly comprises a cap plate including a top surface, a bottom surface opposed to the top surface in a thickness direction and a liquid injection hole penetrating through the cap plate from the top surface to the bottom surface, the liquid injection hole having an inlet provided on the top surface and an outlet provided on the bottom surface; and a blocking member provided on the bottom surface, a projection of the blocking member in the thickness direction at least partially covers the outlet, wherein a fluid channel is formed between the blocking member and the cap plate, and the fluid channel communicates with the outlet of the liquid injection hole. The cap assembly can be applied to the power battery.
