A double Schottky-barrier diode includes a semi-insulating substrate, a left mesa formed by growth and etching on the semi-insulating substrate, a middle mesa formed by growth and etching on the semi-insulating substrate, a right mesa formed by growth and etching on the semi-insulating substrate, two anode probes and two air-bridge fingers. The two Schottky contacts are closely fabricated on the same mesa (middle mesa) in a back-to-back manner to obtain even symmetric C-V characteristics and odd symmetric I-V characteristics from the device level. The output of a frequency multiplier fabricated using the double Schottky-barrier diode only has odd harmonics, but no even harmonics, which is suitable for the production of high-order frequency multipliers. The cathodes of the two Schottky contacts are connected by the buffer layer without ohmic contact.

An access point AP broadcasts a beacon message, where the beacon message is used to indicate duration of a beacon period; and sends a data packet that includes channel use duration to a station STA, where the channel use duration is used to indicate a target slot at which the AP communicates with the STA within a duration range of the beacon period, so that the AP can communicate with the STA at the target slot.

A bidirectional optical subassembly, an optical transceiver including the same, and methods of making and using the same are disclosed. The optical subassembly includes a photodiode configured to receive an incoming optical signal, a transmitter configured to transmit an outgoing optical signal, and a passive optical signal processing unit including a filter and a mirror. The filter is at a first predetermined angle relative to an optical path of the outgoing optical signal and is configured to (i) reflect one of the outgoing optical signal and the incoming optical signal and (ii) allow the other of the outgoing optical signal and the incoming optical signal to pass through. The mirror is configured to reflect the one of the outgoing optical signal and the incoming optical signal at a second predetermined angle. The first predetermined angle is adapted to reduce filter insertion losses.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a frequency mixing circuit and a method for suppressing local oscillation leakage in the frequency mixing circuit, where a mixed input signal and a local oscillation signal are involved, and local oscillation leakage can be effectively reduced by using a frequency mixing circuit whose structure is simpler and is easier to be implemented. The frequency mixing circuit includes a direct current bias circuit, where the direct current bias circuit includes a direct current bias voltage source used for reducing a local oscillation current. The frequency mixing circuit is mainly applied to frequency mixing, and especially to a case where an intermediate frequency signal is mixed with a local oscillation signal to output a radio frequency signal.
