The present application relates to a method and a device system for producing feed stock of ethylene steam cracker and a nano-carbon material from waste plastics, and the method comprises: firstly, subjecting a waste plastic to thermal pyrolysis to obtain hydrocarbon oil and gas from thermal pyrolysis; then, subjecting the hydrocarbon oil and gas from thermal pyrolysis to gas-liquid separation to obtain crude plastic pyrolysis oil and pyrolysis gas; subsequently, subjecting the pyrolysis gas to decarbonization to obtain a nano-carbon material, and sequentially subjecting the crude plastic pyrolysis oil to hydrocracking and fractionating to obtain the feed stock of ethylene steam cracker. The device system comprises a thermal pyrolysis unit, a gas-liquid separation unit, a hydrocracking unit, a fractionating unit, and a decarbonization unit. The method and device system provided in the present application can prepare the steam-cracking feedstock of ethylene steam cracker with a high proportion of chain alkanes, which can achieve a higher yield of target products when used to produce downstream products, and the production process has no carbon dioxide emission, and is green and clean. The device system provided in the present application has a simple structure and can be used in industrial application.

The invention provides a converter and a method for suppressing loop interference of converter. The converter includes first and second switching sets connected to each other. Each switching set includes a plurality of switching devices. The plurality of second switching devices are configured to be turned on for a first time after the turn-off time of the plurality of first switching devices, such that each of the plurality of second switching devices provides a path for current within the first time to reduce a potential difference between the first end of at least one of the plurality of second switching devices and the first end of the remaining of the plurality of second switching devices.

Converter and method for suppressing loop interference of converter

A potting box for assembling a transformer comprises an inner wall and an outer wall. The inner wall is sleeved in the outer wall. A bottom plate connected to a bottom portion of the inner wall and a bottom portion of the outer wall to form a potting space for accommodating a first winding and a second winding. An inner side of the outer wall comprises a first support portion for supporting the first winding and an outer side of the inner wall comprises a second support portion for supporting the second winding. An iron core of the transformer penetrates through an inner side of the inner wall.

Potting box and transformer

A transformer comprises an iron core, a support module, a winding unit, a potting box. The potting box includes an inner wall, an outer wall and a bottom plate and the inner wall is sleeved in the outer wall. The bottom plate is connected to a bottom portion of the inner wall and a bottom portion of the outer wall and a potting space is defined by the outer wall, the inner wall and the bottom plate. The winding unit is disposed in the potting space and a magnetic pole of the iron core penetrates through an inner side of the inner wall of the potting box. The support module is disposed between at least one end surface of the potting box and a cover of the iron core to form an insulation clearance. The support module is close to the inner wall of the potting box.

Transformer

A transformer comprises at least two windings and each of the at least two windings includes at least one lead-out wire, and a silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve is wrapped around the outer surface of the lead-out wire. The at least two windings and a portion of the silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve are encapsulated in a potting box with a first potting sealant, and another portion of the silicone rubber heat-shrinkable sleeve is exposed outside of the potting box.

Transformer and assembling method thereof

The precharge device is applied in a flying capacitor type multi-level converter circuit, and the multi-level converter circuit includes: a flying capacitor, a bus capacitor, a first and second semiconductor components, wherein the first semiconductor component is electrically connected between a first end of the flying capacitor and a first end of the bus capacitor, and the second semiconductor component is electrically connected between a second end of the flying capacitor and a second end of the bus capacitor; and the precharge device includes: an AC source; and an auxiliary circuit electrically connected with the AC source, wherein the auxiliary circuit reuses the first and second semiconductor components, and the AC source charges the flying capacitor and the bus capacitor through the auxiliary circuit.
