The present application discloses a backlight module and a display device, backlight module includes a substrate, a plurality of light sources, a plurality of barrier wall units and a light adjusting layer. The substrate includes a plurality of function regions and a plurality of non-function regions. Each of the function regions includes at least one light source. The barrier wall units are disposed in non-function regions. The light adjusting layer includes a plurality of patterned light adjusting units disposed to correspond to the function regions. The patterned light adjusting units with the barrier wall units can improve entire light emission brightness of the backlight module to achieve even light emission of an entire surface.

Backlight module and display device

The present invention embodiment provides a backlight module and a display module. The backlight module includes a light emitting assembly, a color conversion layer, and a reflection function layer. The reflection function layer at least includes a first sublayer and a second sublayer. A refractive index of the first sublayer is less than a refractive index of the second sublayer. A light emitted by the color conversion layer to the reflection function layer includes a first light. A product of a thickness of the first sublayer and the refractive index of the first sublayer is equal to an integer multiple of a half wavelength of first light.

The flip chip comprises a metal grid layer having metal wire grid polarizers which are arranged in parallel; a wafer substrate arranged under the metal wire grid polarizer of the metal grid layer; a N-doped layer and a negative-electrode wire, wherein the N-doped layer and the negative-electrode wire are arranged under the wafer substrate; a quantum well layer arranged under the N-doped layer; a P-doped layer arranged under the quantum well layer; an optical activity material layer arranged under the P-doped layer; a reflecting layer arranged under the optical activity material layer; and a positive-electrode wire arranged under the reflecting layer. The present disclosure improves the light-emitting efficiency of the surface light source in large-angle direction and the visual angle range of the surface light source is expanded.

The present application provides a backlight module and a liquid crystal display device; the backlight module is provided with a light control member between a light emitting chip and a color conversion film, and the light to be emitted to outside of the edge region of the backlight module is converged to the edge region of the backlight module, thereby improving the luminance of the edge region of the backlight module, avoiding the problem that the edge of the backlight module is darkened during display, and since the light will not be directly emitted to outside of the edge of the backlight module, the problem that the edge of the backlight module is bluish is alleviated.

Foliar spraying is performed on a fertile field by using the lotus leaf extract before tobacco leaves are harvested and modulated, which not only significantly promotesagronomic characters and economic traits of tobacco and alleviates tobacco leaf browning but also effectively reduces harmful chemical ingredients unique to tobacco leaves, such as nitrosamine and nicotine.

A method for controlling tobacco bacterial wilt and an application of NaHS in controlling the tobacco bacterial wilt are provided by the present disclosure, and the disclosure belongs to the technical field of plant disease control. By measuring the growth effect ofin tobacco through plate and shake bottle experiments, the disclosure finds the NaHS has an inhibiting effect on the growth of the pathogen of bacterial wilt; and the influence of different concentration of NaHS on the incidence of bacterial wilt in tobacco is detected, and the result also shows that NaHS has a good effect on resisting bacterial wilt in tobacco. The disclosure finds and proves for the first time that NaHS is an effective antibacterial substance against bacterial wilt and provides a new method for prevention and controlling of the tobacco bacterial wilt.

A die-bonding method and a spraying device for an LED include: providing a substrate provided with a pad and a white oil layer covering wiring, placing a steel mesh on the substrate, and then spraying suspension containing solder paste on the pad by the spraying device, to form a solder paste film layer. Finally, a reflow process for the solder is performed. The solder paste is prepared on the pad by spraying, so that a crystal wafer is prevented from being tilted or short-circuited due to pulling or dragging of the solder paste during the reflow process for the solder, thereby improving uneven brightness of the surface light source.
